"Ugh!"
"Whoa!"
The room quickly transformed from a cauldron of chaos to a cauldron of terror. Humans and animals were tangled together and trampled, and Grace ran, dragged by the man's hand who was pulling her hard. At that moment, the electricity went out, and the only light left was flames.
As they used the railings and circus props as barricades to avoid the bullets, the flames spread further inward, engulfing half of the circus arena. Scorching heat and black smoke quickly filled the huge tent.
"Ellie, don't cry."
"Sigh... ."
"You shouldn't cry. Please don't cry."
There was only one child here, Ellie. The moment the child started crying, the three of them were discovered. They had no choice but to cover the child's mouth as he yelped in surprise, desperately searching for a way out.
"Leon Winston, did you ask what the cruelest revenge is?"
One of the remnants shouted a line from the movie.
"I'll tell you the answer today!"
The bullets weren't just coming from the exit. Judging from the gunfire, there were at least four guns. Amid the eerie gunfire and horrific screams echoing from all directions, someone shouted from the top of the stands across from where the three were hiding.
"I've waited three years just for today! This place will become a slaughterhouse for your dirty royal piglets!"
It was at that moment that Grace suddenly had the thought that she had heard that woman's voice somewhere before.
Squeak.
An ominous roar echoed overhead. The man looked up at the smoky ceiling of the tent just as the pillars above him began to collapse, ripping through a puff of black smoke.
"Jump!"
Once again, she was being led by the man's hand and was running without thinking. With a bang, a pillar collapsed behind her, causing the ground to shake, and something struck between the two. The hand she was holding onto slipped and Grace let go of him. She got up as soon as she fell, but she couldn't find the two people.
"Ellie!"
"Mom!"
"Grace!"
They called out to each other, but they couldn't see each other. Half of the tent had collapsed, filling the remaining half with dust and smoke, making it difficult to even keep their eyes open.
Grace walked towards the sound, but her feet kept tripping on what felt like corpses, and she fell down with each step. She crawled on the ground and called out to her daughter, but her voice was drowned out by screams and loud noises.
"Cough, cough."
As she was coughing fitfully due to the acrid smoke, Grace suddenly felt the fresh air. Feeling towards the direction where the wind was blowing, Grace found a spot where it seemed as if someone had torn the tent.
"Ellie!"
I found an escape route, but I couldn't escape alone. I kept calling the child, but there was no answer.
Creak.
The moment Grace heard another ominous sound, she knew without seeing it that the tent was about to collapse.
Finally, forced to make a choice, I ran to the nearest shelter as soon as I got out. I was about to hide behind an animal cage.
Behind her, a loud noise shook the earth and flames shot up into the sky. Grace lost her mind as she looked at the tent that had completely collapsed and been engulfed in flames.
