SPROUT POV:

A few days have passed since the stargazing night, and the atmosphere in the building remains the same. However, a subtle but noticeable change can be noted in the way Sprout and Cosmo interact with each other. They seem to be growing closer, their conversations filled with more moments of quiet smiles and gentle touches. Sprout is in the kitchen, washing dishes as his mind begins to wander. He finds himself lost in thought as images of Cosmo flash through his mind. Memories of their shared stargazing night, the way Cosmo looked under the starry sky, and the feeling of their hand in his - all these moments come flooding into his mind. A small smile forms on his lips unconsciously.

As Vee steps into the kitchen, she notices Sprout standing at the sink, his thoughts clearly elsewhere. With a hint of playful attitude, she rolls her eyes, a small grin curving her lips. She walks up to him, leaning against the counter casually, and speaks up, her voice carrying a hint of teasing. "Snap out of it, daydreamer. You're staring into space." Sprout clearly somewhat startled from his thoughts, jolts back into reality. He looks up at Vee, a sheepish expression on his face, realizing he had been caught in his daydream. A slight flush of embarrassment colors his cheeks. He responds with a slight laugh, "Oh, uh, sorry. Lost in thought, I guess." Vee chuckles, fully aware of the reason behind Sprout's daydreams. She raises an eyebrow knowingly and teases him further. "I bet I know what... or rather, who, you were thinking about."

Sprout was unable to hold back a smile at Vee's comment, playfully punches her on the shoulder, trying to mask his embarrassment. He replies, "Oh, shut up. Mind your business." Vee laughs heartily, deciding to change the subject. She looks around and asks, her tone shifting to curiosity, "By the way, have you seen Shelly or Astro around?" Sprout looking grateful for the change in topic, looks up from the sink and runs a hand through his hair. "I think I saw Shelly in the living room a while ago. Not sure about Astro, though." Vee nods, accepting his response. A mischievous grin forms on her lips, and she can't help but tease Sprout a bit more. She says, "You know, if you're going to daydream about Cosmo 24/7, you might as well just ask him out already."

Sprout's cheeks flush once again, feeling the heat of embarrassment rise. He tries to downplay it, stuttering slightly in his response. He stammers, "I... what? I'm not daydreaming about Cosmo 24/7, okay? And, uh, asking him out, I mean, it's not that simple. I don't know—" The sudden appearance of Dandy in the room catches Sprout and Vee off guard. They had no idea where he had come from, and they jump slightly, startled by his presence.

Sprout looks at Dandy, his eyes widening at the sight of the flower's unnerving smile. He tries to regain his composure and speaks up cautiously. "Uh, Dandy... didn't see you there." Vee now fully recovered from the surprise, glances at Dandy with a mixture of caution and curiosity. She crosses her arms over her chest and speaks up, her tone guarded. "Why are you here, Dandy?" Dandy's unsettling smile remains plastered on his face, his petals gently swaying as he responds to Vee's question. He responds in a cheery but unsettling tone, "Oh, just thought I'd drop by. Can't a toon make an unexpected visit to his friends?" Sprout, still on edge from Dandy's sudden appearance, eyes the flower creature warily. He exchanges a quick glance with Vee, a subtle hint of wariness shared in their eyes. He forces a smile and replies, his tone polite but cautious. "Sure, Dandy. No one's complaining. Just... a bit surprised to see you appear out of nowhere like that."
