Once the trio entered the mansion, iris got a really, really heavy feeling in her stomach. Like the feeling, 'Turn back now, your not safe.' Iris instantly put her arm around belle. Trying to keep her anxiety down, she took deep breaths.

"Stay behind me." Iris whispered to belle. Belle gave a small nod.

"Butterfly. You alright?" Toby asked concerned.

"I-I'm fine." Iris spoke through soft pants. She wasn't okay, she was terrified. This is why she didn't trust people.

Iris stood behind toby, she still held her sister close. She needed to calm down, for her sisters sake.

As Iris was attempting to calm down, she heard a voice. Two voices, a static like voice. It sounded like someone drowning, and the other voice was raspy. Like toby's voice, although it sounded 100% more scary.

"Who's that Toby." The more raspy voice asked. Iris looked up at who was talking, and she felt sick after looking at that person, that was Jeff. He had multiple burn scars, like barely ANY hair and unnatural looking blue eyes. And of course, a carved out smile around his mouth. Iris covered her sisters eyes, Belle was very sensitive iris knew, so she was just trying to protect belle.

"S-S-She's m-my f-friend j-jeff." Toby spoke.

Iris felt like she knew who these people were. It just wasn't clicking.

"Oh, friend? You're close to her. Like REALLY close-" Jeff teased.

"OKAY. I g-get it. tic." Toby spoke annoyed.

A couple minutes of bantering went by, till the faint noise of static could be heard. That was the same noises iris was hearing when she got sick at school today.

"Quit it." A deeper voice spoke. Iris looked up at were the voice came from, she went stiff. Her usual stoic and cold persona completely vanished. She was terrified, that was the same thing she saw when walking here.

Toby eventually noticed this.

"Hey, Hey b-butterfly." Toby said taking iris's hand, intertwining his fingers with hers.

"Proxy, I need to speak her." Slenderman spoke to toby. His voice made iris's blood run cold. She was so scared of him.

"She n-needs t-to rest, and calm down b-boss. tic. She's not okay." Toby spoke.

"..Fine." Slenderman said coldly.

Iris and Toby made it to Toby's bedroom. Iris was on the verge of tears, she was trying to keep it together and it was making it so much worse.

"B-Butterfly.."  Toby started to speak, but before he could finish his sentence, iris fell into toby's arms. She was crying, like a lot too. Toby's eyes widened, for the past few weeks iris has been nothing but cold hearted and distant. This was the first amount of emotion she showed.

"Why d-did you bring me here you f-fuckin'.." Iris was meant to call toby a cunt, but she couldn't.

"C'mon, lets l-lay you down. You need some rest." Toby gently pushed iris onto the bed. Making her lay down.

As toby did this, the sleeves of Iris's flannel rose up.

".. C'mon. Get some sleep, I'll be right here." Toby spoke, he tried keeping his gaze on Iris's face, not her arms.

The last two words sparked something inside of iris, that song she listened to when she met toby..

Iris gave a nod. Then she laid her head down on the pillow.

Toby went to go find iris's sister.

Toby went into the main room, he saw sally with belle. Belle was quite shy, but sally was showing her dolls and plushies too belle. At least they were getting along.

Toby went back to his bedroom where iris was. The other proxies and ghosts, looked at toby like he was mad. He was usually annoying, very hard to talk to. But he was soft and nice to iris. Toby went over to his bed where iris was asleep.

Toby shuffled over to iris, pulling her close to his chest. The smell of iris's perfume filling his nose. She smelled lovely.
