"Can I open this?" Aliyah asked, pointing toward the window while Shivanshh smiled at her.
"Of course, Jaana, it's your car only." Shivansh smiled at her as she seemed a little excited for the ride.
They both were in his car as Aliyah secretly demanded a long drive from Shivansh after their engagement ceremony. Their engagement ceremony was quite fun for them, as they were surrounded by their loved ones. Aliyah was too happy since the moment they exchanged the ring. The Shivansh family was the one to grab both of them to the dance floor, where Aliyah danced a little with them before joining Shivansh, who was admiring her from the side of the stage. That was the moment Aliyah asked him for a long drive, to which he agreed without even a second thought.
Aliyah opened the window of the car, slowly closing her eyes, feeling the wind. Shivansh was gazing her in between his driving session. He looked at her closed eyes, which were adorned with a thin eyeliner; her lips were lips painted with lipstick. He looked at her hands, which were adorned with their engagement ring. A smile formed on his lips as his eyes again focused on the road. He was about to ask her where she wanted to go, but a message tone disturbed them. Aliyah's face lit up instantly as she replied to the message and sent some photographs of the car, which luckily didn't show her face.
"Aliyah." He looked at her, which made her smile fade a little quickly, resulting in her putting her phone down.
"It was just my online friend, trust me," she said, being worried about his reaction. She fidgeted her finger, looking down at her lap, nervous and scared, expecting him to scold her.
His gaze shifted to her fingers, which she was aggressively fidgeting with and made him chuckle. He slowly looked back at the road while his one hand moved towards her lap, slowly grabbing one of her hands and putting it on his lap, slowly creasing it, making her look instantly at him.
"I didn't ask for an explanation, Aliyah; I was asking for your attention and time, baby," he said and kissed her hand before placing it back on his lap.
"I thought that you..." Aliyah was about to say and bit her lips to prevent saying anything wrong.
Shivansh slowly stopped the car on the side of the road and opened his seatbelt, shifting a little towards her, holding her hand.
"I trust you. And when I say I trust you, I really mean it," Shivansh said and kissed her hand while she adored the man in front of her.
"Thank you for trusting me," she said slowly and leaned in his chest as he creased her back a little.
"I love you," he said and kissed her forehead. Making her sigh.
There was complete silence for a few minutes while they both were holding each other like their lives depended on that. Shivansh slowly made her sit back straight, still holding her hand.
"Coffee or tea?" He continued to play with her engagement ring while Aliyah looked at him, confused.
"At this time?" She questioned him as it was almost 11 pm at night and he was asking her for a tea date.
"Hmm.. just a little as after this I will drop you back home. Its too, and tomorrow we will be meeting again, you remember." He looked into her eyes, making her realise the fact that their family has decided to meet tomorrow morning to fix their marriage dates.
"Then I will have coffee, but I don't want to go back," a cute pout formed in her lips, which unknowingly made Shivansh chuckle at her. He creased her cheeks, followed by her lips, and slowly released her pout.
"Its just a matter of a few days. No one knows, but I have already looked for soem dates for our marriage on Google; if Pandit ji suggests the same dates, we will get married within two weeks. Only if you are okay with it," Shivansh's words made Aliyah's eyes widen in shock yet admiration.
She looked at the man who was so desperate to get married to her and take her with him. For what? To love her, to make her his wife, to care for her. And on top of all this, he wanted to make sure she was okay with everything; he cared about her constant, her comfort. This melted her heart, and she hugged him instantly.
"I will be more than okay with it, Shivansh; I want to know more about it. I am still not sure why I feel safe and secure and most lovable around you, but one thing is confirmed: I am ready to spend my life with you. It will take time for me to become habitual to it, but I will give my best to this relationship. I promise." Aliyah's words were enough to make Shivansh's heartbeat rise up to the seventh sky. He hugged her tightly and kissed her forehead before creasing her cheeks slowly.
"Was it a proposal?" Shivansh remarked playfully, gaining her attention. She lightly hit his chests before breaking the hug while Shivansh laughed at her reaction.
"You better not tease me now.. I will make your life full of drama after marriage," Aliyah resorted back, making him chuckle at her.
"My life has no spice, to be honest. Make it spicy with your drama, baby," he said, winking at her while she blushed, hitting him like there is no tomorrow.
Their cute banter continued for more time before they finally decided to go back to their respective homes. Aliyah was not convinced, but Shivansh bribed her, promising to take her on a few more dates before they are finally married.
