Aki stepped out of his car and took a deep breath, his cigarette dangling from his lips. It was another day at the office, another day of hunting down devils and protecting the innocent. But for Aki, it was just another day of routine work. He had been working as a Devil Hunter for years now, ever since he was old enough to join the Public Safety team. And he was damn good at it.

As he walked towards the entrance of the Public Safety building, Aki couldn't help but feel like he was being watched. He glanced around, his eyes scanning the surroundings for any suspicious activity. But there was nothing, just the usual hustle and bustle of people going about their day.

Ignoring the feeling, Aki walked into the building and made his way towards his office. He was a part of Makima's special squad, a highly skilled team of Devil Hunters that took on the toughest missions. Aki was proud to be a part of it, but he also knew that it came with a lot of responsibility.

As he entered his office, he was greeted by his team members - fellow Devil Hunters, like himself. They exchanged nods and brief greetings, each one of them focused on their own tasks for the day. Aki was the stoic one of the group, always maintaining a serious demeanor. He didn't believe in small talk or getting involved in unnecessary conversations. For Aki, it was all about getting the job done. They all knew not to disturb him unless it was urgent.

Aki took a seat at his desk, his eyes glued to the paperwork in front of him. But his mind couldn't help but wander to the recent mission he had completed. He had been teamed up with this new guy, Denji. Aki wasn't too thrilled about it at first, but he had to admit, the kid had proven himself to be a capable Devil Hunter.

Just then, there was a knock on his door and Aki grunted in response. It opened, revealing a figure standing in the doorway. Aki's eyes widened slightly as he recognized you. You were Makima's assistant, hardly ever going out on missions. Aki had seen you around the office, but he never really paid much attention to you. However, as you stepped into his office and handed him a folder, he couldn't help but take notice.

You were gorgeous and with a beautiful figure. Your hair was tied up in a low bun, accentuating your delicate features. Your bright eyes were focused on him, a small smile gracing your lips. Aki's eyes took in every detail of your face and he couldn't help but feel drawn to you.

'Here's the information for your next mission,' you said, your voice soft and pleasant. 'Nothing you can't manage, Aki.'

Aki took the folder from you, your fingers brushing against each other for a brief moment. He couldn't help but notice how soft your hands were. He quickly shook the thought away and opened the folder, scanning the contents. But his mind was still on you - how good you smelled, the faint blush on your cheeks...

As you turned to leave, Aki blurted out, 'Wait.'

You turned to look at him, your eyebrows raised in surprise.

'Uh, I mean, can you explain this part to me?' Aki said, pointing to one random section of the file, a lame excuse to have you close again.

You walked back towards him and leaned over his desk, your fingers pointing to specific parts as you explained the details of the mission. Aki couldn't help but notice how the soft scent of your perfume filled his senses. He also noticed the way your eyelashes fluttered as you spoke, and the way your lips curved into a smile whenever you made eye contact with him.
