The red head gives me a death sentence

Raven POV

Percy's face was priceless.

I could feel everyone staring at me during dinner, the only difference was they weren't all stares of disgust. I sacrificed some of my food and waited for dinner to be over. I would have gone to my cabin but it's actually a bit lonely there, plus we had a campfire after dinner.

Dinner came to an end and we walked toward the camp fire/ stadium. I sat towards the top of the stadium and looked down onto the huge bonfire.

An Asian-ish looking girl came and sat next to me. She had black hair that hung straight down around her face.

"I'm Alexis Millington." The girl said after a few moments of silence. " but you can call me Alex."

"I'm Raven, Raven Zoe." I said. "Daughter of Hades."

"Everyone knows who you are, you're the reason our team won. I'm a daughter of Apollo by the way." Said Alex.

"Ha, yeah that's why everyone knows me." I say. "I doesn't have anything to do with the fact that I'm a bringer of death." I said.

"I don't know, death and destruction is kind of fun." She said seeming a bit nervous saying something like that.

I looked up and realized something, I like this girl. I mean she's pretty awesome. She's into death and destruction too!

"You know your pretty dark for a daughter of sunshine." I said.

"I guess that's just part of my awesomeness." Alex said feeling more confident.

We sat there ignoring everyone else and just talking and getting to know eachother. We were in the middle of talking about amines we both like when Chiron walked up to the fire with a read headed girl I haven't seen before.

"Who's the red head." I whispered to Alex.

"Oh, that's Rachael, she's the Oracle of Delphy." Alex said.

Ah, so this was the legendary Rachael Elizabeth Dare, Oracle of Delphy. I was expecting her to be more impressive looking but she did hit the titan Lord with a hairbrush so she must be pretty cool. Besides, looks can be pretty deceiving sometimes.

"I have some urgent news." Chiron said. I saw everyone grit there teeth and prepare themself. Apparently "urgent news" doesn't reply to no running water. "The ice dragon Friagon has been captured by unknown forces. We must form a quest to find and free the ice dragon.

There was a lot of murmurimg between campers because of what Chiron said, but everyone went silent when they saw Rachael go rigid.

"Light will guide Death

To a place with no breath

The Scythe is the key

To see the Dragon free

The traitor must be thwarted

To delay what has been started"

Everyone stayed silent after that thinking the prophecy over but I already understood, Ms.Dare has given me a death sentence.

" Ms. Zoe, it seems you have already figured out, but you are the main demigod of this prophecy, you will lead thus quest so choose two other demigods." Chiron announced.

"I choose Alexis Millington and Ethan Goldman." I said quickly having already made up my mind.

" Ms.Millington, Mr.Goldman you heard Ms.Zoe you are all excused to get ready, you leave in the morning." Chiron said dismissing us.

We walked away and I could feel everyone's eyes on us as we left the arena. When we're out of sight we stopped to discuss our plans before going back to our cabins to pack.

"I get why you chose Alex she's obviously supposed to be light but what about me?" Ethan asked.

"You mentioned to me how you prefer your scythe to a regular sword and your the only other person I can trust... I hope." I said saying the last two words to myself. "Okay, so by any chance do you know where the gates if the underworld are Alex?"

"Well yes, but what has this got to do with the underworld?" Alex said, taken aback by the question.

"The place without breath, I think they mean the underworld." I said still deep in thought.

"Oh, I get it, "place without breath" since everyone's dead they don't breath." Alex said.

"Exactly, so you lead us to the entrance of the Underworld, I get us down there, and somehow Ethan frees Friagon using his Scythe." I said explaining the plan. "I can try to shadow travel us some of the way, by the way where is the entrance to the Underworld?"

"It's in L.A, a record studio." Alex said.

"Ok so we all have a general understanding of the plan? Okay bring your pack, to breakfast and eat quickly." I said adjoining the meeting.

"Um, actually I have a question. Have you ever tried to shadow travel with other people?" Ethan asked trying not to show his nervousness.

"There's a first time for everything." I said chiperly.

Ethan magiced us some packs that made everything you put in it lighter. I went back to my cabin and packed extra sets of clothes Chiron gave me as well as shruiken, throwing knives, a book Annabeth gave me on all different types of monsters called "Greek beasts and how to fight them" (get it? Fantastic beasts and where to find them) and some drachma's as well as some normal money.

After double checking that I had everything (Alex was brining medical supplies) I changed and got into my vampire bed. Strangely I was able to fall asleep easily even with all the anticipation for tomorrow.

I woke to no sunlight coming through the non-existent Windows and checked the time on my watch. It was 7:30. I triple checked what I packed, changed into my graphic black t-shirt and jeans and strapped my sword to my side and walked toward the pavilion.

I passed Alex and Ethan on my way to my table, they both were ready but had bags under there eyes. I ate an assortment of fruit and a bowl of cereal as well as stuffed a ton of meal bars into my bag. I sacrificed extra food to the gods and prayed for help on my first quest.

"Ready?" I asked meeting Ethan and Alex at the edge of the Pavilion.

With nods from both of them we headed out. As we passed the strawberry field and turned back to take one more look at Camp Half-Blood before continuing on.

It is I, the nerdy psychopathic demigod Hanji13. Ok I made a mistake two chapters ago and said legacy of Ares instead of blessed by Ares. I might fix at some point idk. Also as you can see I changed the prophecy. I also changed it at the beginning so maybe you don't know. I know it's not a lot but I got 65 looks which makes me happy.
