Italy, 04:30 am

Leonidas took a deep breath as he stood in the barren warehouse. The coordinates which the letter provided had taken him there, leaving him slightly confused and full of apprehension.

The letter was signed anonymous, yet possibilities of who could have sent it lingered in his mind.

It couldn't have been Salvatore, for he was in Russia trying to track down the traitor. The Don had traveled to Russia in anticipation to track down Leonidas, unaware that Leonidas was back in Italy.

The warehouse was abandoned and soulless, the walls stood tall in intimidation as the ground was of hard concrete.

The moonlight peaked through the cracks in the windows, illuminating the warehouse with shadows and depth.

From the darkness, a silhouette emerged and came into the light.

Leonidas narrowed his eyes at the figure, taking a step back as he reached for the gun attached to his belt. The man wasn't a fool and he came prepared.

Pointing the gun to the man ahead, Leonidas felt his breathing cease in his throat as a soft gasp fell from is mouth.

D'Angelo stood with his arms held up, in an attempt to say that he came in peace.

Leonidas licked his dry lips, his breathing quickening as he came face to face with the man whom he once betrayed.

"Y-You.."

Leonidas' voice was brittle as his eyes widened, he couldn't fathom the idea of D'Angelo sending the letter. It didn't make sense to him.

D'Angelo pressed his lips in a thin line, his nostrils flaring as took a step forward.

"It's just me" D'Angelo spoke, affirming that Leonidas was somewhat safe as no guards nor Salvatore were present.

Leonidas was full of angst, his eyes not once leaving the man who stood ahead.

The two hadn't faced each other in years... since Leonidas' betrayal which caused chaos in the mafia world. Also fuelling tension between the Italians and Russians.

"Why did you send me here?" Leonidas cut the tension, still holding the gun in the air as his chest rose and fell rapidly.

D'Angelo brought his hands down, resting them in the back pockets of his pants before responding.

"I have your son" D'Angelo revealed, his brows raising as he assessed Leonidas' reaction to his words.

Leonidas swallowed deeply, his breath halting as his son was mentioned.

"Where is Marco?" Leonidas interrogated, his voice was affirming as his eyes grew dark. D'Angelo knew that the man wasn't messing around.

Leonidas was full of determination and fuel. He had left his hiding in Russia to come all the way to Italy just to see his son. He left Adrik, not being protected by the Russian mob boss anymore.
