Kiara
Kelvin did a good job in ignoring me throughout the entire day. Fine, two can play the game. Two can definitely play the game.
"Mummy do you have to go to work today. I just regained consciousness. Don't you want to spend time with me," Kelly made her irresistible face.
"My dear, I have a contract to sign. I'd have definitely stayed at home if it wasn't that urgent," I tried making sense to her.
"Then I can go with you. I promise I'll be a good girl. I won't do anything to ruin your day. Mummy please don't leave me at home, please," she persisted.
"What if Kelvin doesn't like me taking you along?"
"Daddy likes you. He knows I'm in safe hands. Besides, he's gone to work. Grandpa and Grandma are nowhere to be found. How will he know we left the house?"
She's only saying this because she isn't aware of what happened between her father and me yesterday.
"I have a bad feeling about this," I tried to express my disinterest.
"I'll be in the car," Kelly ran outside before I could say more.

The wheels on the bus goes round round round
All throughout the town."Kelly we're in a car not a bus," I said rolling my eyes.
"You're just getting worried for no reason. It's not like dad's going to hurt you for taking your daughter out."
"I see you've grown some wings after recovering, isn't it?" I asked.
"I guess I have," she focused back on the ice cream I bought for her few minutes ago.
"We've arrived," I announced, getting down from the car and going over to open the door for Kelly.
Her jaw dropped when she set eyes on my studio.
"OMG," she awed.
"How about we head in?" I suggested. "You'll love the view much more."
"Can't wait," she yelled and ran inside without waiting for me.
"Slow down," I said laughing.
"You didn't tell me you had a child."
I turned back to see Dready standing outside. At least that's what he calls himself.
"Long time, Dread," I smiled at him as he came over to envelope me in a hug.
"I came all the way from Miami after seeing the news of your breakup with Ian but I'm surprised to see you with a daughter," he looked back to see Kelly still waiting for me.
"Yeah, she's my pride," I smiled at Kelly and waved at her so she can go in without me.
"So why are you here exactly?" I faced Dready.
"I requested a remix for your song but never got a reply. I figured out it might be an excuse for me to see you after a long time."
"I've been too busy. We can go in and talk about it," I offered.
"No, I only wanted a remix to see you. I'll take my leave now. Do tell Beth and Amy I came by," he said.
Before leaving, Dready pecked me on the cheeks and hugged me.
Dready relationship with me is one of a kind. Back in high school he was the only boy who was the closest to me, Beth and Amy. Things happened and Ian found out he had a crush on me. It was so hectic that Dready had to be transferred to another school. Funniest part was that Amy had a crush on him. With Jacob in the picture now I'm sure something is bound to happen between those three.
