Introduction + characters

A warm welcome to everyone visiting my humble corner! By way of introduction, I'd like to say that I hadn't initially planned on writing this story—it came about spontaneously, born from a few passing thoughts that quickly took on a life of their own. I never imagined it would become so meaningful to me on a personal level. Some of the scenes, dialogues, and dilemmas my characters face are drawn from my own life and the complex relationship I once had with someone who occupied my thoughts years ago. This story was originally written by me in Polish, and I've translated it myself to share it here.

I hope the story brings you joy, brightens your days, maybe even lifts your spirits (thanks largely to Sirius's awful jokes!), and gives you something to reflect on. I'll be honest: this story is filled with life musings, engaging conversations between the main characters, a slow-burn romance, a few dramas along the way, and, of course, a dose of action intertwined with the storyline of the First Wizarding War. If you're curious about where Lupin's love of chocolate began or how he got his scars, you're in for a treat!
