Fight For Your Fairytale [Regina & Robin||OUaT]

5- To the rescue

When Regina settled down she found herself in a strange land. She could tell by the yellow-brick path and the castle that it was Oz. She immediately looked all the way round only to find that she was alone. Where the hell are they? How am I supposed to find Robin all by myself?, she thought.

Suddenly she heard a noise from the bushes behind her and she turned to face whatever it was. But it was a familiar man.

"Will?"

"Regina, thank God! I thought it was the queen's guards.", he said.

"Why are we here? Where are the others?", she asked him.

"Wait, they're not with you? Then where could they be? This doors leads here, to Oz, obviously.", he inquired but then he seemed to give it a second thought. "Unless..."

"Unless what? Do you know where they are?"

"This door is a magic one, right?"

"Yes, I know that, go on.."

"There are many different types of magic doors. This one could be of those which transfer you wherever you are thinking of", he tried to explain.

"What do you mean?"

"What were you thinking when you went past the door?", he asked instead of answering her question.

"That we must save Robin."

"And the door led you to where Robin is. In Oz."

"And the others thought about other lands, so they ended up wherever they thought. What about you?", she now started to understand.

"The exact opposite. I was like 'please not in Oz' and here I am!", he said.

But why not want to come here? Anyway I don't want to push him, Regina told herself.

"Robin could be anywhere in here, right?", she finally asked.

"Yes. We can start searching, but you have to be patient. It's not one of the small realms.", he informed her.

"Okay, I'll try."

They've now searched every  corner of the northern part of the land. The next days they plan to go east, south and then west, where the Emerald Castle is.

Will's being very nice to me, but I can see that something is bothering him. I don't want to make him uncomfortable, but I just have to ask, was what kept running through Regina's mind.

"Okay, what is it?"

"What is what?", he said confused.

"Something is bothering you, from the moment we came here. You're nervous and..sad, I could say. I've never seen you like that!"

"Long story..", he tried to avoid the subject.

"Do I seem to have anything better to do? I'm listening..."

"Okay, you win. I was here once again, a long time ago. I was an outlaw, but not like Robin. I used to steal for myself. Well, myself and my girlfriend. That's why I didn't want to be here. The Queen's guards will be after me once they notice my presence. And I don't want nothing to do with my past!"

"It's okay. You've changed now Will. Otherwise you wouldn't be part of Robin's band. Now you're an honorable man and the past is in the past.", Regina said trying to make him feel better.

Something about a girlfriend had caught her attention, but she realised he wanted no discussion. After all, it was none of her business.

"Thank you, Regina. You're a great person, you know."

"Not as great as I'm a thief.", she jocked instead of accepting the compliment.

"We're not thieves. We steal from the rich to give to the poor!", he corrected her.

"Yeah, whatever.", she laughed.

It was getting dark, so they found a clearing to stay for the night. They were used to it. They lied down and Will started snoring after a few minutes.

Regina couldn't sleep. Again. She missed Robin being around, although they fought a bit. We really need to find him. We need him. I need him.

"Yeah, I like him. A lot.", she said aloud, admitting what she was trying to avoid for too much time. It was a good thing Will was asleep. She didn't want anyone to find out. Why? She didn't know either.

Okay so the next chapter will be about Regina too. Don't worry they'll be together soon. As for now Robin has Zelena and Regina has Will by their side. I just had to put Will somewhere. He's one of my fav characters, but he won't be on the show anymore :( Thanks for reading, I'll update tomorrow :*
