9- Rumpelstiltskin

Rumple knew Cora was a strong enemy, but what if he had someone to help. Except Anastasia of course. She was more of a maid in his castle.

As he was looking in his magic ball, his eyes stopped on two people in the valley of poppies. They were lying next to each other. A woman, more of a girl, and a young man, which the Dark One thought he knew. They must have been caught by the smell. They could be useful to him.

He called Anastasia to help him and transfered the two of them there with a flick of his wrist.

They got closer to 'observe' the couple. And yeah. He knew that man. It was Will Scarlet, the thief. He had robbed his castle once in the past and had suffered the consequences by getting his girlfriend to be the maid.

When Rumple remembered she was there too, he looked at her. She had cover her mouth with her hands and stood completely frozen. What happened to you, Will?, she thought.

But the Dark One told her to leave out the compassion and bring them to him. She was strong enough and carried them closer, so he could get them all back to the castle.

When they arrived he immediately got to work. He had to wake that idiot up and he could deal with the girl later. Will would explain everything, so he would know who he's dealing with, and then she'll be up too.

After a lot of research for the rest of the day, Rumple realised something that hadn't occurred to him earlier. There was no way to wake them up, except true love's kiss of course. It can break any curse. He had to chat with Ana about her love a little bit. She'll be able to save him, although I'd prefer him silent like that.

But what about the girl? Does she even love someone?, he then thought. He was never a fan of love, but now it served his interests, so he have to go for it.

"Ana, come here, dearie", he yelled.

"You summoned me?", she said as she came into the room.

"Yes, listen, do you remember Will?"

"Of course, how could I forget my love?"

"Yeah, yeah. I need you to wake him up. This spell from the flowers can only be lifted by true love's kiss.", he explained.

"Really? I thought you could do everything.", she snapped.

And that's what I don't like about this girl.

"Since when do you care about him? He was your enemy and that's why you took me from him. Now what?", Ana continued.

"Curiosity won't take you anywhere, dearie. Just do as I say and I might consider setting you free.", the Dark One told her trying to convince her.

"Okay, but what if he has found another true love and it is that girl?"

"He hasn't, I assure you. Now can you do as I said and shut your pretty mouth?"

"Fine, I'm going."

She went to the chamber were Will was and came back after an hour to tell Rumple he was awake. He visited him immediately.

"Hello, old friend.", he said and he turned with a scared look on his face. "Don't worry I won't hurt you."

"And why is that? You just reunited me with my love and now you tell me you won't do anything to me? I think you're going soft, Dark One."

"If you don't shut up and listen to me maybe this soft will be gone. So who's that girl that was with you?"

"What girl? Oh no. Is she okay?"

"Still asleep, she needs her true love to wake her up, as Ana did to you. That's why I want you to tell me everything about her."

"And why should I trust you?"

"Because, dearie, she doesn't have much time and I gather you care about her."

"Damn you Oz (the land)", he cursed. "She's Regina, a bandit from the Enchanted Forest and we happened to end up here together after going through a magic door. But I don't know if she has found true love, so how can I be of help to you?"

"Don't worry I'll find something useful for you to do. You'll stay here for now."

"You can't make me."

"Oh, can't I? Try leaving and you'll see."

"Bloody crocodile!", he shouted.

"Bye for now, dearie.", Rumple simply said and walked out.

Will was now left with his first and true love. He couldn't help but be happy by her side. He promised to never leave her again and that they'd get through this together. Ana wasn't so sure, but finally relaxed when she lied next to him, her head on his chest.

After Rumple left them alone he transferred to his beloved enemy's castle. He got her by surprise and she frowned when she saw him.

"What do you want now, imp?"

"How offensive. Why do I need a special reason to visit my dearest friend?"

"Oh come on now. Spill it, I don't have time for you."

"Someone's having a bad day. Okay I want you to do something for me."

"That time is long gone, little friend. And I'm not in the mood of making deals."

"I don't insist, but you'll regret it."

"Oh please Rumple. I don't need you or your tricky deals."

"Fine, dearie. You know where to find me if you need me."

And with that he left. He was counting on Cora's help with that girl, but now he would have to do it on his own. After all, trust nobody. That's something even he need to remember.

Since only true love can wake her up, decided go with the simplest way. No, dearies, I haven't changed. I'm only joking.

He just needed someone by his side against Cora and, well, everyone else. And Regina would make a great ally, as he thought she was a strong girl. I don't know she just gives me that feeling. I want her, Will and Ana to serve my cause. Just that.

Back at my castle he created an announcement on a paper and copied it to spread it to all the land. It was the simplest way to find someone close to her.

Hey after a long time. I quit writing this story because I got like no votes or comments and little reads. I need your support because I feel like I'm talking to myself. Anyway hope you like it. I'll update once more tomorrow. Thanks to those who read it.
