Yn's pov
Today was Durva ’s first day of school in Seoul, and I could feel his small hand gripping mine tightly as we approached the school gates.
He was usually such a brave kid, but today, he seemed especially quiet. I bent down, smoothing his hair and offering him a reassuring smile.
“Hey, don’t worry,” I said softly. “You’re going to make so many new friends. And remember, I’ll be right here to pick you up after school.”
Durva nodded, though his gaze lingered on the unfamiliar building. “Amma… what if the other kids don’t understand me?”
I squeezed his hand gently. “You’ll find your way. Just be yourself, okay? And if you need anything, your teachers are here to help."
He gave a small, brave smile before releasing my hand and joining his classmates.
I stayed there until he disappeared inside, my heart both heavy and hopeful.
This was the start of a new chapter for him, for both of us.

The day felt long, each hour dragging as I wondered how he was doing.
Finally, when the afternoon came, I hurried to the school, my heart light with anticipation.
I joined the crowd of other parents waiting by the gates, scanning the sea of children for Durva ’s familiar face
As the students began pouring out, I caught sight of him, smiling and waving at me.
I waved back, relief filling me as I watched him approach.
But just as he started running toward me, I noticed a car coming down the narrow street, faster than it should have been.
“DURVA !” I called out, panic gripping me as I saw him step into the road.
But before I could move, someone else did.
A figure rushed forward, reaching Durva just in time and pulling him back to safety.
It happened so fast that it took me
moment to process what I was seeing.Durva was safe. And the person who had saved him… was Kim Seokjin.
I blinked in shock, trying to comprehend the sight of one of BTS’s members standing protectively in front of my son.
Seokjin looked down at Durva, his expression serious, then knelt to his level, gently patting his shoulder.
“Hey, are you okay?” he asked, his voice calm but firm.
Durva nodded, looking up at Seokjin with wide, awestruck eyes. “Yes…thank you, Jin-hyung.”
I hurried over, my heart racing with relief and gratitude.
“Thank you so much,” I said, my voice thick with emotion. “I don’t know what I would’ve done if…”
Seokjin’s warm smile returned as he patted Durva ’s head, then gave me a quick nod before stepping back, allowing us space.
But as he walked away, he turned one last time, " it's okay," giving Durva a small, reassuring wave that filled my heart with warmth.
I knelt beside Durva, pulling him into a tight hug. “Are you okay, baby?”
He nodded, still a little starstruck but safe, and that was all that mattered.
“Amma, Jin-hyung saved me,” he whispered, his eyes wide with wonder.
I smiled, feeling a strange mix of disbelief and gratitude. “Yes, he did, Durva. He really did.”
