There was an accident, two cars being crushed by a van. Fortunately enough the van was not in full speed, but it's still did damage. The people in the cars were stuck in it.
The 118, arrived on the scene as fast as they could. Everyone got out of the truck and went to get the equipment.
"Chim and Hen go work on the driver of the van." Turning Buck and Eddie "And you both work on the cars, and make sure that everyone get out safe."
"Yes cap." All shouted as they went for their respective tasks.
Buck didn't like the idea of working with Eddie, but he can't do nothing about it. Although he didn't like the guy he was working with, he had to keep it professional.
They both saved all the people stucked in the cars, without even talk or exchanging glances.
The others notice their behaviour, especially Buck's behaviour with Eddie, but didn't say anything. After all it was not effective on calls, so they left it be.
Chim and Hen checked the people one by one. No one was hurt badly, only had few scratches.
Cap notice something on the road from were the van was. There was this glossy rainbow liquid, he went close to investigate more.
It was some kind of oil. Cap looked around maybe he can see the source where it came from, but he didn't see nothing. From the looks of it the was there for a long time so it was gonna be hard.
He went back to the team, and told them about the oil which 99% was the cause of the accident. "Buck and Eddie can you work on it."
"Sure cap."
They went to bring the bags feeled and with pear to put it on it and a shovel.
Fortunately enough the oil stayed in one place so it was much easier for the bot of them. Eddie threw the peat on oil and let it stay for few seconds before Buck cleaned everything with the shovel.
After all that the team head back to the station, like before no one said a word.
30 minutes later they got to the station, as it was close. Everyone went to change and than head up the loft to eat.
Chim left first from the locker room as he was fast in changing (he spent 2 months only working in the station when he started so he spended most of his time practice to change clothes fast.)
Eddie turned on Buck "It was great out there." Eddie tried to start convo. "Hopefully no one got hurted." He continue to try make Buck talk.
Buck ignore him and put on his shirt and head up the loft, leaving Eddie clueless in the locker room.
'What did I do wrong?' Eddie asked himself, not knowing what he did wrong.
Wondering why Buck was not talking to him.
Eddie put his bag in the locker and went upstairs. Everyone was already eating when he went up. He set next to Buck, cause that's was the only place left.
Buck sighed, getting a glance from Bobby.
Hen feeling the heat of the moment tried to to start a conversation.
"So Eddie you moved here from Texas?"
"Yes" Eddie answered shortly.
"Why here?"
"What do you mean?" he asked her confused.
"LA is quite a busy place than Texas. Why you came here, it's a big deference."
"Well I wanted a new start and a new setting."
"Oh ok."
"do you have someone at the moment? A girlfriend?" Chim asked Eddie.
