FLASHBACK:

"Ahhh," the most charming personality in school whispered as something soft collided with him. He turned his gaze down to find a small, petite figure looking up at him with innocence.

"Softie," he whispered, his voice gentle.

"Sorry," the little girl said, her eyes radiating cuteness, her puffed cheeks adding an extra layer of charm.

"It's okay," the boy replied, holding her steady to ensure she didn't fall. "Are you okay?" he asked, a genuine concern lacing his voice.

The little girl nodded, her innocence making him chuckle.

Her gaze drifted to the badge on his uniform. "Head boy," she read aloud.

"You're our leader, right?" she asked, her eyes sparkling with curiosity.

The boy smiled, his eyes crinkling at the corners. "That's right," he said, his voice warm.

As they walked to the cafeteria, Neha and Kashvi bombarded Anira with questions.

"Where did you move from?" Neha asked.

"Mumbai," Anira replied.

"What brought you here?" Kashvi probed.

Anira's expression turned wistful. "My mom got a job transfer."

The girls nodded sympathetically.

"Don't worry, we'll make you feel at home," Neha promised.

As they settled into their seats, Anira couldn't help but notice the curious glances from other students.

"Hey, ignore them," Kashvi whispered. "They're just curious about the Rajvanshi name."

Anira's eyes widened. "You know my family?"

Neha leaned in. "Everyone knows the Rajvanshi's around here."

Anira's smile faltered, unsure how much to reveal.

As the morning sun peeped out, sending its energetic light through the curtains, I settled in with a cup of coffee and my laptop. The first sip energized me, giving me a boost for the new day.

Anira sat beside me with a glass of fruit juice. "Hmm, health-conscious," I teased.

As my fingers moved across the cursor, Anira's words pierced through my focus.

"I'm thinking of returning to my family," she said.

My fingers stopped, leaving me in shock. "Why?!"

"Because they're my family, and I need to face them. I've hurt them, and now I have to accept it. I'll talk to them," she explained.
