Sports festival part three!

________________________________________________________________________________

The air was thick with anticipation as the second-to-last round of the Sports Festival began. The massive arena was filled with excitement, the roar of the crowd reverberating throughout the stadium as the contestants made their way to the center. The final round: the one-on-one battles.

Y/N, still buzzing with adrenaline from the previous rounds, stood alongside her teammates, ready for the next phase. Her heart raced not only from excitement but from the weight of the challenge ahead. It was her moment to prove herself.

Bakugo, standing next to her, grinned, cracking his knuckles. "Ready to show these idiots what real power looks like?" he muttered, his usual arrogance apparent.

Y/N smirked back, nodding. "You bet."

The screen above flickered to life, displaying the matchups. As the names flashed across the board, Y/N scanned the list. Her heart skipped a beat when she saw the pairing.

Y/N (Class 1-A) vs. Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu (Class 1-B)

The name of her opponent, Tetsutetsu, was announced over the speakers, and the crowd cheered in excitement. He was known for his Quirk, Steel, which turned his body into an almost impenetrable armor of steel. It was going to be a tough fight, but Y/N wasn't worried. Her Wind Quirk was more than enough to handle it.

"Guess you're up," Bakugo said, giving her a nod of acknowledgment. "Don't go soft out there."

Y/N took a deep breath. She had her plan, and she wasn't going to back down.

The Battle Begins

Y/N stood at one end of the arena, facing her opponent—Tetsutetsu. The students and crowd buzzed with anticipation as the buzzer rang, signaling the start of the match.

Tetsutetsu immediately leapt forward, his body coated in steel, a look of fierce determination on his face. He wasn't wasting any time.

Y/N, calm and focused, lifted her hands. A gust of wind blew through her fingers, a quiet but powerful force. She wasn't going to rush in. She needed to wait for the right moment.

"Bring it, Y/N!" Tetsutetsu yelled, charging at her, his fists swinging with power.

Y/N wasn't intimidated by the onslaught. With a quick motion, she spun to the side, using the wind to propel herself out of the way of his punches. His steel fists hit nothing but air.

Tetsutetsu didn't stop. He turned and charged again, but this time, Y/N had a plan. She raised her hands to the sky, summoning a whirlwind. The wind picked up speed, howling around her as the tornado formed in the center of the arena. It grew, pulling at Tetsutetsu's body with increasing force.

But the steel-bodied fighter wasn't easy to defeat. With a roar, he slammed his fist into the ground, anchoring himself to the floor as the wind swirled around him. His steel body allowed him to withstand the pull, but the constant strain was visibly tiring him.

Y/N saw her opportunity. She manipulated the wind, sending a blast toward Tetsutetsu's chest. The force pushed him back, sending him crashing into the arena wall with a loud thud. The crowd gasped.

Tetsutetsu groaned, pushing himself to his feet. He wasn't finished yet. But neither was Y/N.

"You're strong," she said, eyes narrowing. "But I'm not going to hold back."

With that, she summoned another gust of wind, this time more powerful than before. The force of the wind hit Tetsutetsu like a freight train, pushing him back once again. But this time, the impact was too much. Tetsutetsu's steel form buckled under the pressure, and he was knocked out of bounds.

Winner: Y/N (Class 1-A)

Y/N stood, breathing heavily but victorious. She wiped the sweat from her forehead, a grin spreading across her face as the crowd erupted into cheers. Her opponent, Tetsutetsu, was a tough fighter, but she had proven that her wind could outmatch even the strongest steel.

She nodded to herself, feeling a sense of pride wash over her.

Bakugo was next to her in an instant. "Nice job. But don't get cocky. The next one's gonna be a real fight," he muttered, his tone flat, though there was a flicker of respect in his eyes.

Y/N shot him a smile. "Thanks. I'll be ready for the next one."

The Next Match

The screen flashed again, and the next battle was announced.

Bakugo Katsuki (Class 1-A) vs. Tokoyami Fumikage (Class 1-A)

Bakugo scowled as his name flashed on the screen. "Tch. This is gonna be too easy," he grumbled, walking toward the arena. His usual fiery attitude was in full force.

Y/N watched as the two took their positions. Tokoyami's Quirk, Dark Shadow, was one to be reckoned with, but Bakugo's explosive power was always a threat. This was sure to be an explosive match.

The buzzer rang, and the match began.

Tokoyami immediately summoned Dark Shadow, sending the creature to attack Bakugo with sharp, swiping talons. But Bakugo wasn't one to wait around. He exploded forward with a blast of his own Quirk, meeting Dark Shadow head-on with his powerful explosions.

The two fought fiercely, Bakugo dodging and counterattacking with bursts of fire and energy. Tokoyami struggled to control Dark Shadow, whose movements became erratic as the environment grew more chaotic.

But just when it seemed like Tokoyami might gain the upper hand, Bakugo's determination kicked into overdrive. He charged forward, his explosions intensifying, until he knocked Dark Shadow away, sending Tokoyami to the ground.

Winner: Bakugo Katsuki (Class 1-A)

The Last Battle

The final match was about to begin. Y/N stood alongside Bakugo, both of them facing off against their final opponents in the one-on-one battle.

It had all led to this.

Bakugo stood firm, his eyes narrowed in determination. "Let's finish this."

Y/N nodded. "You bet."

The battle started with a loud explosion, both Bakugo and Y/N giving everything they had. The crowd roared in excitement as they fought, their quirks clashing with incredible force. But both Bakugo and Y/N pushed through their limits, determined to end the competition on top.

Winner: [Y/N or Bakugo?]
