Pisces' POV

The girls' changing room was a whirlwind of excitement as we slipped into our swimsuits. Virgo adjusted her bikini top, looking a little self-conscious as Libra grinned, teasing her that certain guys would definitely notice. Next to me, Gemini was wrestling her hair into a messy bun, looking effortlessly beach-ready. I glanced at myself in the mirror, taking a breath as I smoothed down the soft sea-green fabric. It was a bit bolder than I was used to, but I wanted to feel confident today.

We finally stepped out onto the sand, where the guys were waiting. Leo gave a low whistle, grinning when he saw Libra, who rolled her eyes but laughed. Aries had his arm around Cancer's shoulders, pulling her close while muttering something that made her giggle. A few feet away, Capricorn looked up from the volleyball he'd been setting up with Taurus, his gaze lingering on Virgo as she nervously tucked her hair behind her ear. Even Aquarius, with his usual calm exterior, glanced over at Sagittarius with a smile as she threw a playful wink in his direction.

Then I caught Scorpio's gaze. His dark eyes traveled over me in a way that sent a rush of warmth to my cheeks. But, true to his usual nature, he didn't say anything-just gave me a subtle nod, as if to let me know he'd noticed.

"Alright, everyone, let's hit the water!" Aries called, tossing the beach ball into the air.

We all dashed down to the waves, the cool water lapping at our feet. I waded in, shivering slightly, when suddenly a splash hit me from behind. I spun around to see Scorpio with a small, teasing smirk.

"Think you can handle a little water, Pisces?" he asked, raising a brow.

"Oh, you're on," I shot back, splashing him before turning to swim further out, laughing as he chased after me. Aries and Cancer joined in, and soon we were in a full-on splash battle, trying to drench each other as the waves rolled in. Cancer squealed as Aries lifted her into the water, spinning her around as she laughed and tried to escape.

Meanwhile, back on the shore, Leo had convinced Libra and Virgo to join him in a sandcastle-building competition against Capricorn, who had enlisted Taurus to help. They took it surprisingly seriously, with Virgo and Capricorn both meticulously sculpting the sand as Taurus and Leo fetched water. Libra kept laughing and messing up her side of the castle on purpose just to get a reaction out of Leo, who finally gave in, grinning as he helped her "accidentally" knock over Capricorn's wall.

Gemini and Sagittarius wandered off to collect shells, laughing as they competed over who could find the most unusual ones. Aquarius joined them, pointing out different shells and small sea creatures along the shoreline. Every now and then, Sagittarius would nudge Aquarius, making him stumble into the water, which only made them laugh harder.

After a while, Scorpio and I left the water to join the others by the volleyball net Capricorn and Taurus had set up. With everyone gathered, we formed two teams: Aries, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, and Gemini on one side, and Capricorn, Libra, Taurus, Sagittarius, Scorpio, and me on the other.

The game started out playfully, with Leo serving the ball with dramatic flair, only for Gemini to miss it and laugh as it bounced past her. On my team, Scorpio and Capricorn took the game seriously, their competitive sides coming out as they dove for every shot. I tried my best to keep up, but whenever Scorpio sent a low, intense look my way, I found it hard to concentrate. Libra laughed as Taurus accidentally hit the ball too hard, sending it sailing way over our heads and down the beach. Sagittarius ran after it, calling out, "Extra points for distance!"

After a few rounds, we took a break, gathering around the picnic blanket Capricorn had spread out with snacks and drinks.

The waves rolled in, warm and calm as they lapped against the shore. The others were still laughing around the bonfire, but I needed a moment alone. The day had been perfect-sun, sand, and laughs-but something kept drawing me back to the water. I walked a few steps further out, feeling the cool ocean pull at me as if it were calling me closer. A small thrill ran through me as I stepped into the waves, letting the water swirl around my ankles.
