Chapter 13: From beach to the hospital

The ride to the hospital was slow, Irebella was worried sick as a paramedic would tell her that he should be fine if his injury's aren't that bad. All of a sudden the surfing trip went from "beach to the hospital. " Irebella began to sob as she dialed Eliane's phone number into her phone. She'd ring it hoping that she would pick up.

( Elaine and Irebella's POV )

** ring ring **

Elaine would pick up finally, " hello! Elaine speaking? "

Irebella would take a deep breathe, " hey Elaine it's Irebella, I'm making this short and sharp. Alexander's been in a surfing accident we are currently in an ambulance on our way to the hospital can you please meet us there. "

Elaine would be shock. " oh my! I hope he's okay! Myself and Brandon will meet you there as soon as possible. Have you contacted his father? "

Irebella would say, " Thankyou and no. We went there earlier and let's just say him and his father got into a fight. "

Elaine would understand as she'd say, " I understand, right I'll let you go let see you soon. "

** Elaine would hang up **

(( INSIDE THE HOSPITAL ))

By now the paramedics would pull up at the hospital as they'd load Alexander out.

Irebella would run after them, as all you could hear inside the hospital was, " MOVE OUT  THE WAY! "

Irebella would be tearing up as she'd be told to wait outside. By now Alexander would be in a room, with a defibrillator, anaylistics machines. There would be doctors surrounding him.

Irebella would wait patiently as she'd soon see Elaine and Brandon pull up. They'd run up to her giving her a hug.

(( All POVS ))
" We came as soon as possible Irebella, is he okay? What happended, how did it happen? " Elaine would be concerned. Brandon would tell Elaine to slow down her words as it must be very confronting for Irebella.

" Irebella, are you okay? I know we are meant to be worrying about Alexander right now but this kind of stuff has happened more than once. I'm sure he'll get through it he always does. So take a breather outside, calm down and then you can tell us what happended and how it did. " Elaine would smile at Irebella as Irebella would take a deep breathe by now.

" Well it all happended when first we were walking from the beach this morning, we went to grab two boards from his dads house and we did however we ran into trouble alone the way. "

Irebella would take a deep breathe, " After that, his dad found me standing at the front of the porch while Alexander grabbed the boards and all the gear needed for a surf. Alexander and his dad got into an argument about his mum and me. After that Alexander punched his dad and his dad slapped him back. We ran off to the beach and went for a surf everything was fine until.. "

Irebella would tear up as Elaine would hug her. Brandon would then say, " until what.. " Irebella would then say, " Until Alexander attempted a 360 on  a barrel wave, that dumped down on him. He ended up underwater for quite some time and must have been impacted by the reef. When I found him he was face down in the water and I ended up rescuing him. "

Brandon would sigh, " how many times do I have to f- tell him! He can't get airtime on barrels especially ones near reefs. " Elaine would sigh, " Irebella don't be too worried. He's done this before. Except he jumped off a cliff with his surfboard with Brandon and ended up breaking his ankle on the rocks that were submegered underwater. He's also done stuff like this drunk as well. I'm so sorry you had to deal with this. "
