"He hypnotized me! The nerve if some people." Was the first thing I thought once I got over at yelling at myself.

"Madam before you get to angrier, I had to do to hypnotize you, I couldn't take the chance of you waking up down here and screaming. If you aren't careful you'll have the whole police force down here." He explained quickly

"Well in that case." I started calmly before yelling " You could of left a note!" I would of found it and read it and understood. I'm not a screamer, if I was I wouldn't last very long on streets of Paris would I?" I asked rhetorically. I starred at me, clearly surprised by my outburst.

"Madam you have only been here for about a hour, I did not have time to compose a letter."

"Well." I started then realized that I couldn't come up with a smart comeback.

"My point is made." He said with a small smirk on his lips. He sat left the room leaving me standing there. I stood there for a moment dumbstruck by this man's bluntness. Before following him out.

I was greeted by a living room, it was simple a couch with two chairs facing each other in front of a large fireplace. The furniture was a dark brown clashing darkly agonist the red rug that covered a cobblestone floor. I was thankful that the stone was covered, if not my feet would of been freezing seeing as they were still bare underneath her dress.

"Ah, I see you have decided to explore my humble home." I turned and saw that he was standing beside me, I could of sworn that he didn't make a sound as he moved.

"It seemed pointless to stay in there." I said to defend myself, like I did something wrong.

"In any case, welcome to my home, I must warn you it is the most unusual." He said I couldn't help but wonder what he meant by unusual. The sitting room was pretty normal for a man of Persian wealth.
