The Day 2 court proceedings

As same persons gathered for the next day court hearing too!
They all were very curious about the things that gonna happen on that day!!
Lawyers were so tensed and have to oppose eachother and also wanted to get solved the case!

As in the same order,
Judge came with his court clerk and started the hearings!...

Court clerk: " Case number-534!!"

Mahir: " Good morning Judge sir!"

Judge: " Yes! Carry on Mr. Mahir!!"

Mahir: " As we all know that my client is a great businessmen, people like opposite party tries to portray my client as guilty! But he's not guilty!"

Judge: " Everybody in the city knew about your client but as per court rules and orders we need a solid proof to tell this!"

Alvin: " Yes my lord! That's what I'm saying... They don't have any proofs to tell their client not guilty so only they're trying to make a lengthy speeches!"

Mahir: " Lord! Lemme come to the point as we know that they have given the wrong statement, why don't you consider that fake and close the case?"

Judge: " It's not about my words Mr. Mahir! I searching for a most valid point from you people but still I don't found a proper things from you!"

Alvin: " Ji sir! I think they have changed our evidence to prove us fake! So that they can win the case!"

Judge: " If it so? You have given the evidences on that day at the spot only then how will they able to change those documents?"

Alvin: " That's what I too don't know sir!"

Mahir: " Objection my lord!"

Judge: " Objection sustained!!"

Mahir: " Without any evidence they can't speak about my client! They doesn't have anything to prove other then this? And we have given the footage I please you to watch it so that you can able to give the correct judgement my lord!"

Judge: " Okay let me play it now! And Mr. Alvin after this try to answer Mr. Mahir question that has raised on your client!"

Alvin: " Yeah sure sir!"

Judge play the footages in that it has clearly shown how Tina behaves in Siddu's office and how she mock at everyone there!

The audio in the footage was very low that couldn't able to hear that much loudly... Even though her words and actions were been tough and rude that can be seen clearly in this video footage!

After watching the CCTV Footage!

Judge: " What is this Mr. Alvin? Now you have to explain it to us!"

Alvin: " Sir..! My client just went to their office to talk!"

Judge: " We know that and you too have seen this! But the way she express or talk is not normal! And as per your perspective, if Siddharth is guilty he has to behave rude to your client; here the scenario is totally opposite! What the actual point you keep or give here?"
