As judge asked time to investigate about the documentary evidences!
According to Proceedings, the Wednesday arrives!
All major lawyer were also arrived to court for this day 3 session as this case brings out different opinions about each personality and also it become a lesson for the upcoming lawyers too!!
Judge asusual arrived with his court clerk, on that day...
Mahir and Alvin made a clear version of their explanation today! And their clients were also arrived, Mr. Bakshi decided to complete this case on that day itself....
Mahir: " Good morning My lord..!"
Judge: " Yes.. Good morning! What about today? Did you both get your points clear?"
Alvin: " Yeah sir... Ready for the proceedings!" Said excitedly...
Judge: " That's good! For everybody I think..!"
Mahir: " Sir may I proceed?"
Judge: " Yes of course go ahead Mr. Mahir!"
Mahir: " Yes sir! As we all know that my client presented the solid proofs infront of everyone in the first hearing itself and we have gathered Mr. Bakshi also here at last hearing!"
Judge: " Yeah! We have gone through the document which you have submitted to the court at last hearing it is clearly saying that both are original and it's also tested in lab!"
Mahir: " Hence it is proved that my client is not found guilty and close this case my lord and please punish them for the fake filing of case!"
Judge: " I can understand your points and Mr. Alvin did you wanna say anything?"
Alvin: " Yes my lord, I like to ask some questions to Mr and Mrs bakshi one after another...!"
Judge: " Yeah.. proceed now!"
Alvin: " Okay lord! I like to enquire Mrs. Bakshi first! You will please co-operate with us?"
Mrs. Bakshi: " Yeah ask it ji! First of all Namaskar to the judge!"
Judge: " yeah.. !"
Alvin: " Okay let's come to the point, how did you came to know about this so called cheating that had done on your husband contract?"
Mrs.Bakshi: " One day when I'm cleaning the house, I found the details regarding this so I came to know about it!"
Alvin: " If that so then you have to report it directly to Mr. Siddharth, why have you went to Miss. Tina!"
Mrs. Bakshi was very panic so she couldn't able to answer their lawyer's questions even..!
Tina got so much tensed as their lawyer itself making situation tough to them! And she suddenly stops up in the court and yelled/ shouted like,
