With a lot of confusion and stress the case starts at court!
Mr.Mahir took Siddharth side and at the Mr. Alvin takes the incharge of Tina's side!

The judge is one of the famous around the city who always gives the fair judgement and doesn't done any wrong judgement till the date in his whole experience!

The Day 1 Court Proceedings

All the lawyers and some other lawyer practising students were also arrived to the court in order to take this case as one of their lessons...

The court and the case always needs an evidence to get solved in a fair manner! So the judge is definitely gonna ask about the victims and the evidences ; so that these crime partners were decided to change the original documents into duplicate by just changing to the numbers ie budget margins and some other details alone to make that feels real!

Tina and Mrs.Bakshi also arrived to the court and they submitted those fake files or documents too!
In Siddharth side: He, Rashmi, Shyam and Sameer came to the court to attend the case!
They also provided originals to the court and the CCTV footages!

Everybody in court were arrived and the judge takes few minutes to arrive to the court with court clerk!

Finally the judge also arrived!
Everybody in court gave respect to the judge by standing and wishing him!

Everyone: " Namaste ji!"

Judge: " Namaste Everyone please be seated!"

Court Clerk: " Case Number-534 come on to the Witness Box!"

Judge: " Mr.Mahir you can say what the case is about?"

Mahir: " First of all, Good morning to everyone present here! Judge sir lemme start with a quote: 'A person may get away with wrongdoing for a long time, but eventually, they will face consequences!!...' The case is simple filled up with a fake people and fake details sir! Actually My client is pure and proud businessmen, to break his company's reputation and his personal frame people like Tina gave these kind of cases!"

Judge: " Mr. Alvin, what do you think about it? And say your opinion towards the case!"

Alvin: " Yes sir! I'm not gonna accept whatever the opposite party says, because I know the truth that's obviously gonna survive at last!"

Judge: " That's okay but I'm here to say the results between that you can say us that truth so that we may come to know the exact things that had happened!"

Alvin: " Sure sir! I'll say every nook and corner of the things in this case! Firstly Lemme say about my client so that you can able to catch up easily...!"

Judge: " Yeah Go ahead!!"

Alvin: " My client Tina is one of the business partner of Mr. Siddharth Kapoor! She's one of the friend of him too! She literally cares about his company too but if our friends is doing a wrong thing or going in a wrong way we have to make them move in a right path! So that's what she's trying to do now sir!"

Mahir: " Objection my lord!"

Judge: " Objection sustained!"
