Hiccup's room was very neat and nice, except for his desk, completely different from the last time I was in here. I walked up to his desk and looked through all of the papers he had. There were many different pages, ripped from books, and a slew of maps spread out with pins and yarn stopping in new places each time, making push markers. What is he tracking? I started to look at the different areas, Island of Vanaheim, Hunters Island, Pirate island, Hamish Sea, Half Moon Bay, and Guttsgalor. Finally it ends with the yarn stretching into the ocean between Berk and the closing islands. Why do all of these feel so familiar? Because they are the islands I traveled to this year. Why is he? How does he? This doesn't make any sense.

I continue to look through the pages and maps, and find that he has been tracking me back to about a year after the battle. I decide to find him to ask about it, so I walk up to the door and carefully open it. I walk out and silently walk down the hallway. I hear voices down the stairs so I slow my pace to be able to hear the conversation.

"What was that earlier?" Hiccup asks

"What do you mean?" Stoick responds

"You were angry at me, and then suddenly you saw her and were completely fine with everything, am I missing something?" Hiccup says, blunt.

"Am I not supposed to like her? She did save your life after all." Stoick says as if its the most obvious thing in the world

I cringe at the fact that he mentioned that I "Saved Hiccup's life" Because I did not save him, Toothless did. Also because Stoick might have just blown my cover completely. I wait for Hiccup to come up the stairs, mad at me but instead he says "What do you mean?"

Just then, Stoick looked up at me, suddenly realizing I was in the room. He sees the distressed look on my face and realizes he shouldn't have said that. He then tries to remedy the situation by saying. "I just mean, you get very sad this time of the year, and she seems to have lifted your spirits." Stoick says, nodding at me.

I sigh lightly, hoping that Hiccup does not put two and two together.

"And hey, maybe you can finally get over the girl in the mask" Stoick says

Once the words left Stoick's mouth, he realized he had messed up, and that was confirmed when Hiccup's face started to convey more anger than I've ever seen him show before.

Before Stoick could take his words back however, he is cut off by Hiccup's words. "I can't believe you just said that! You know that I will never stop looking for her, she is everything!"

"Son" Stoick says sighing "I know how much she means to you but-"

"No you don't dad, she was all I could ever want, She was my best friend. She made me feel things in the two short months I had with her than any other person has ever done before. she felt my emotions, and I felt hers. I find solace and completeness in the boundless expanse of love's infinite embrace when I am with her. Even so far apart, I still feel her, and her emotions, life, and pain. The connection we have is strong and I will find her, no matter where, or how long! The girl upstairs is great, and all, but I can not let myself get distracted from my mission! " Hiccup yells, now crying

Stoick does not respond, instead he walks up to Hiccup and just hugs him. Hiccup pushes his father away, and walks outside and shuts the door behind him.

I walk down the steps into the living room stating "I had no Idea how upset this had been making him"

"He caught wind of you while on a mission for supplies, a year after the battle. A man said that a terrible man was searching for you and wanted you dead. Ever since, he hasn't stopped looking for you." Stoick says
