Haruto had gone to the living room a few minutes after Kaoru and just saw his brother smiling like an idiot before hiding his face with the pillow.

"Weirdo..." He murmured, opening his phone to chat Suna

After lunch, all six of them got ready to head to an aquarium. It had been a while since they had a nice outing with no stress or things to worry about, so almost everyone was excited. Tsukishima and Kageyama weren't as excited, but they agreed that the outing would be good for their health.

Everyone got ready, putting on some disguises to prevent their fans from recognizing them. Kaoru, however, always wore the craziest disguises so that no one could recognize him in this situation.

He put on a black mini skirt, black halter top, stockings, Givenchy knee high boots, and lastly, Oikawa's volleyball jacket. He put on a bit of makeup to sell the look, and after an hour of getting ready, his disguise was complete.

"Finally, you took forever to get ready." Haruto groaned, rolling his eyes again.

"Well, a guy needs a long time to get ready, don't I?" Kaoru replied, striking a pose.

Once all of them were done, they got inside Yamaguchi's car to drive to the aquarium. Haruto sat at the passenger seat while the others sat at the backseats. Tsukishima and Kageyama were bickering as usual while Hinata and Kaoru engaged in a calm conversation.

Soon enough, they arrived at the aquarium. Hinata and Kaoru excitedly leaped out of the car and immediately went to the entrance. The other four followed after them and paid for the tickets. Kaoru quickly took out his phone and started to take pictures of the fishes as well as himself and the group. He planned on sending a few pictures to Oikawa later.

They all walked around the aquarium, taking pictures and admiring the beautiful marine wildlife. It wasn't until they reached the feeding pool that Kageyama got excited. Kaoru quickly headed up and got a bucket of fish for them to feed to the baby sharks they had.

All six of them had fun feeding the sharks with Kaoru almost falling into the enclosure they had for said sharks. The entire day was filled with new discoveries, fun, chaos, and mostly Kaoru going crazy. At the very end, they went to the gift store to buy some souvenirs.

Tsukishima and Kageyama just stuck with small keychains, Hinata and Yamaguchi buying a keychain and a small stuffed toy, while the twins bought the larger stuffed toys they had.

After a long day of exploring the aquarium, all six got home, went to their bedrooms, and collapsed on the bed, exhausted from the day's events. Kaoru shrugged his shoes off and took a shower to wash off all the makeup and sweat on his body before getting into comfortable pajamas. He dragged himself back to the bed and grabbed his phone. It was around 7 pm, and they already had dinner outside, so everyone was just left to do their own things.

A few minutes passed, and Kaoru got a notification from Toru.

Eventful day, I'm guessing?

*Kaoru
Yesssss, we went to an aquarium

Toru*
An aquarium? Isn't that risky for you guys to head into crowded places?

*Kaoru
Mhm, but we had disguises on, and I looked amazing in mine (* >ω<)

Toru*
Really? Can I see?

*Kaoru

Toru*
Are you really dressed up as a girl?

*Kaoru
Yes, now answer my question

Okay, fine, you look good wearing that outfit

It is such an achievement to get a compliment from you. I'm so happy ヽ(*'∀')ﾉ

Toru*
Must be tiring, I assume?

*Kaoru
Mhm, my feet are aching, Toruuu

Toru*
I can only imagine from how you wore high heels the entire day

*Kaoru
Pain is beauty, sadly, but my feet really hurtttt

Toru*
What do you want me to do? Kiss you all better?

*Kaoru
Maybeeee

Toru*
If you do a good job on your concert, I'll give you a kiss on the cheek

They both chatted for a few minutes about their day so far. In the end, they started a call and just talked to each other for a few hours, with their cameras on, of course. Kaoru loved it when they had their calls. He loved seeing Oikawa while they chatted.

But, his exhaustion from the day was slowly catching up to him. He put his phone standing by the nightstand and curled up on the bed, listening to Oikawa speak. His voice was like a melody to Kaoru, especially when he wasn't speaking in his usual cheerful tone, just a soft voice that Kaoru always loved to hear.

And so, he couldn't help but fall asleep on the call, soft breaths being heard through the call as his camera showed his sleeping form. He didn't mean to sleep, but he was just too tired not to, and Oikawa's voice was like a trigger for him to fall asleep.

Oikawa saw him fall asleep and just smiled to himself. He found the man adorable when he slept. He was guilty, but he took a screenshot of the call to capture Kaoru's sleeping face before softly saying goodnight.

"Goodnight, Kaoru...sweet dreams." He softly said before shutting the call off.

These small moments are what made Oikawa realize that Kaoru was more than just a friend to him. He couldn't deny how he wished to be the one that made Kaoru smile so brightly that even the sun felt embarrassed from failing to match his brightness. He wanted nothing more than to fall asleep with Kaoru beside him. Maybe he hadn't realized it before, but now? He knew more than anybody that he loved Kaoru.
