Currently, everyone was at Karasu's house, relaxing and calming down from the crazy events of the concert. Kaoru was especially enjoying the break because he was well cuddled and coddled by Oikawa who had to spend about an hour trying to calm Kaoru from sobbing both after the concert and in the morning when Kaoru woke up beside him.

"You owe me so many dates..." Kaoru mumbled, his voice muffled from being nuzzled into Oikawa's side.

"I do, don't I? I missed a lot." Oikawa replied, putting His phone away.

They were cuddling like usual since Kaoru was clinging like a koala to a tree. Now, that was a good nickname.

"Well, how am I supposed to plan dates when you're stuck to me like a baby koala?"

"Dunno. Not my problem."

"Such a pampered prince...how did I fall for you?"

"Hmm, good question...how did you fall for me? What did you like about me?"

"Maybe it was because you kept on pestering me for five years through messages and whatnot. Forced on feelings."

"Rude. Fine, no cuddling anymore!"

Kaoru huffed and pulled away from Oikawa, crossing his arms like a little child being denied a new toy. Oikawa chuckled, enjoying the way his beloved seemed so childish and carefree just like he used to be back in high school. The same laid-back and energetic Kaoru that he fell so hard for.

"Hai, hai...no need to pout now, koala. I'll tell you why I love you."

Kaoru was hesitant but eventually eased up and leaned against Oikawa, still not cuddling but closer to him than before.

"Good boy-"

Kaoru whacked him with a pillow.

"Okay! Okay! Geez...I love you because of your neverending energy and carefree personality. The way you seem to effortlessly smile even when your team gets defeated. You even congratulated me when we won against you. Even when I...left you. You still smiled at me. I love that so much about you, and I want to make you smile more than you have ever smiled before."

Oikawa's words were sincere and true. The first thing he remembered of Kaoru was his smile. That same genuine and sometimes silly smile of his. He would never forget that smile. He loved it more than he loved his career.

"Is that your way of trying to coax me out of being upset with you? Flattery?"

"Of course not, Koala. I'm being genuine."

"Fine...I'll believe you if...you kiss me."

"I'll kiss you either way."

Cupping Kaoru's cheek, Oikawa leaned in and kissed his new boyfriend. Neither of them would trade this for the world.

"Oh! I forgot, I have something to give you!" Kaoru exclaimed before crawling off the bed and rummaging through his bag.

He came running back to bed and very characteristically jumped on it, crawling closer to Oikawa and handing him a crocheted plush of himself that he made a few days back. That, along with an autograph.

"So that you always have a mini me with you in Argentina."

"I love him. My mini Koala." Oikawa gently took the plush from Kaoru and held it in his arms, placing a gentle kiss on the plush's forehead.

Kaoru smiled. He nuzzled closer to Oikawa as the both of them continued their cuddling session. They'll rest for today and worry about catching up with dates and hanging out with everyone else tomorrow. They had more important things to do. Cuddling and maybe something more.
