----☆----

Oikawa took a deep breath to calm himself down, checking the time and realizing that it was already six in the evening. He didn't realize that time passed by so quickly while he was thinking about what happened in the past. Soon enough, a flight attendant came to give Oikawa the food options for dinner. He didn't think too much about it and chose something at random. Another few minutes passed, and the fight attendant came back with the heated up food he had chosen for dinner.

He ate his food in silence, his mind wandering to the past every now and then. God, he couldn't wait to get back to Japan and feel Kaoru's arms around him again. Once he finished his food, a flight attendant came by and got everyone's trash. Even though it was still early, He felt tired and sleepy, so he inclined his chair a bit, closing the window, closing his eyes, and putting the eye mask on.

He would see Kaoru soon enough.

----☆----

Now, speaking of the devil. Kaoru and the rest were still on their 2nd day of break, so they could do anything they wanted. Kaoru was crocheting small plushies to hand out to fans during the meet and greet after their concert. He started making them months ago, managing to make about 200 or more by now since he hoped that almost everyone would get a plush from him. The meet and greet tickets were a quick sell, already being sold out in less than 30 minutes since they were limited. Only 300 meet and greet tickets were sold, so Kaoru's target was to make at least 300.

He was crocheting for hours, and he managed to make 310 small crow plushies for the fans. He would've stopped there until he remembered that Oikawa would be attending the concert, so he started to crochet another gift. He wanted to give Oikawa a gift that reminded the setter of him. What was he making? A plush of himself.

Kaoru laughed at the thought of Oikawa hugging the plush of himself, a slight blush forming in his cheeks. When Oikawa was leaving for Argentina, he didn't go because he didn't want to see Oikawa leave him, but that made him realize that he hadn't given Oikawa anything to use as a form of comfort when they missed each other. Oikawa had given him his jacket, but he still hasn't given anything.

The plush was the idea he had and he hoped that Oikawa would like the crochet plush of himself, he even made sure to use the soft and fluffy string he had for the plush so that the setter would enjoy hugging it if he ever did hug it.

After another two hours, he got too tired of crocheting, so he decided to continue what he was doing tomorrow. He left his room and went downstairs. He found his brother on the couch, tapping away at his phone. It didn't take a genius to find out what he was doing.

"Chatting Suna again, I see?"

"Oh, fuck off. Just because your boyfriend is in another state and has different time zones, doesn't mean you can poke fun at me."

"He's not my boyfriend, asshole and besides, he's on his flight to Japan."

"Whatever, emo."

Kaoru rolled his eyes and headed to the kitchen to grab a snack. While he ate some onigiris they had in the fridge, he scrolled through social media and just zoned out for a few minutes, thinking back on the many memories he had shared with Oikawa.

A very painful memory for the both of them is the same night that plagued Oikawa's mind. The night he left Kaoru standing in the park after saying that he would leave for Argentina. He had known ever since he was a 1st year that had Fallen for Oikawa, and just seeing him leave like that made his heart ache more than it should have.

Haruto had to come get him from the park since he wouldn't stop crying. He just felt so hurt and abandoned at that moment. It was one of their biggest conflicts and Kaoru didn't understand why Oikawa had just abruptly left. Until today, he still felt a sting in his heart remembering what happened.
