Londen's POV

It had been a few weeks since that unforgettable night out, and life had settled into a comfortable routine. Jaden and I were growing stronger every day, learning to navigate the balance between love and personal growth. We spent more time together, sharing our worlds with one another, and it felt like everything was falling into place.

But there was one thing I hadn’t expected. One thing that would change everything.

---

It was a Friday evening when Jaden called me, his voice a little different than usual, filled with a kind of excitement I couldn’t quite place.

“Hey, do you have a minute?” he asked, his tone almost nervous.

“Of course,” I replied, sitting down on the couch, sensing the shift in his voice. “What’s up?”

“I’ve been working on something,” he said, and I could hear the hesitancy in his words. “It’s a song. About you.”

I felt my heart skip. “A song? About me?” I asked, a little breathless, trying to wrap my mind around it.

“Yeah,” he chuckled softly. “I know it sounds crazy, but it’s something I’ve been feeling. I’ve been writing a lot lately, and… I just wanted to share it with you. If that’s okay.”

I didn’t know what to say. I had always known that Jaden had a talent for music, but hearing that he’d written something about me made my chest tighten with emotion. “I would love to hear it,” I said, my voice soft.

There was a brief pause on the other end of the line before he spoke again. “Alright, I’ll send it to you. But before you listen, I need to tell you something else. It’s about my tour.”

My heart beat faster. “Your tour?” I asked, suddenly feeling a mix of excitement and anxiety. “When does it start?”

“I’m heading out in a couple of weeks,” Jaden said. “And… I was hoping you’d come with me. Be there for the shows. The whole thing. I want you by my side.”

The words hit me like a wave. I had never expected him to ask something like this, not after everything that had happened between us. The thought of him taking me with him on tour, to be a part of his world in such an intimate way, made my chest tighten. “You want me to come with you? For your tour?” I asked, needing to hear it again.

“Yeah,” he said, his voice softening. “I know it’s a big ask, but I want to share this with you. You’ve been a huge part of my life lately, and I don’t want to do this without you. Not this time.”

I didn’t even need to think about it. My heart had already made the decision. “Yes,” I said, a smile spreading across my face. “Of course I’ll come with you. I wouldn’t miss it for the world.”

“I was hoping you’d say that,” Jaden replied, relief in his voice. “It means a lot to me, Londy. You have no idea.”

We talked for a while longer, about the logistics of the tour and the shows, but it was hard to focus on anything other than the way my heart was racing. The idea of being with him on this new adventure, of supporting him while he did something he loved, felt surreal. But it also felt right. There was no question in my mind that I wanted to be there for him, in every way I could.

---

Later that night, as I sat on my bed with my headphones in, I hit play on the song Jaden had sent me. I closed my eyes, letting the music wash over me, and as the first few chords played, I felt a lump form in my throat.

The song was beautiful—raw. The lyrics spoke of everything I’d felt for him, of the struggles we’d gone through and the way we had come out stronger on the other side. I could feel the emotion in every note, in every word he sang, and it made me want to cry. In the best way.

As the song ended, I sat there for a moment, not sure what to do with all the feelings swirling inside me. It was clear that Jaden had poured his heart into it. And it was clear that he had written it for me.

I picked up my phone and texted him: I just listened to the song. It’s beautiful. You’re incredible, Jaden.

Almost immediately, my phone buzzed with his reply: I’m glad you like it. It’s all for you.

I smiled, my heart swelling with warmth. It wasn’t just the song or the tour—it was everything about us. Every moment that had brought us here, together. And I was ready for whatever came next.

---

The following days flew by in a blur of packing, preparation, and anticipation. We finalized the details of the tour, and I made plans to travel with Jaden from city to city. There were moments where I felt overwhelmed by the idea of stepping into his world so fully, but every time I saw the excitement in his eyes, it pushed all my doubts aside.

The night before his first show, we sat together in his apartment, quietly preparing for the whirlwind ahead. Jaden was pacing, his mind racing with everything he needed to do. But when he stopped and turned to me, there was a softness in his expression that grounded me.

“I’m really glad you’re coming with me,” he said quietly. “This tour, it means a lot to me, but having you there with me, it makes it feel like it’s all worth it. I’m not going through this without you, Londy.”

I stood up, walking over to him and cupping his face in my hands. “I’m with you, Jaden. Through all of it. We’ve got this.”

He smiled then, and for the first time in a while, I saw the calm in his eyes. “I can’t wait to share this with you,” he whispered before leaning in for a kiss.

---

As we boarded the plane to head to the first city of the tour, I couldn’t help but feel like we were starting something new. Not just a journey for Jaden and his music, but a journey for us—one that was filled with excitement, uncertainty, and the promise of more beautiful moments together.

Whatever the future held, I knew this: I was ready to face it with him, every step of the way.
