Londen’s POVThe day I had been dreaming of was finally here. Jaden and I had been through so much together—the highs, the lows, the new beginnings and the obstacles. But today, none of that mattered. Today was about us. It was about love, commitment, and the next step in our journey together. Today, we were going to make it official. We were going to be husband and wife.
As I looked at myself in the mirror, I could hardly recognize the woman staring back at me. My hair was perfectly styled, my makeup was flawless, and the dress—oh, the dress—fit like it was made just for me. It had layers of lace and delicate beading, with a long, flowing train that added a touch of elegance to the whole look. But more than that, it was the smile on my face, the quiet excitement in my heart that made the moment feel so surreal.
I was about to marry Jaden Hossler. My best friend, the love of my life, the father of our son.
"You look stunning," my mom said, standing in the doorway with a proud smile. She walked over to me, her eyes glistening with tears. "I can't believe this day is finally here. I remember when you were little, playing dress-up, pretending to be a bride... and now look at you."
I smiled softly, feeling the overwhelming emotion of the moment. "I never thought it would feel this real," I said, my voice catching. "But it does. And it’s perfect."
Mom squeezed my hand. "He’s a lucky man."
I nodded, my thoughts drifting to Jaden. He had always been there for me, even when I didn’t realize how much I needed him. He made me feel seen, heard, loved. He was everything I could have ever asked for, and today, we were about to become one.

The ceremony was set to take place in a beautiful garden, with the soft hum of nature all around us. The flowers were in full bloom, vibrant colors of pinks, purples, and whites decorating the outdoor venue. We’d chosen this location because it felt like a place where new beginnings were born, and it felt like the perfect representation of the life we were about to build together.
Jaden was already there, waiting for me at the altar, looking as handsome as ever in his black tuxedo. He was nervous, I could tell. His eyes kept darting around, glancing at the guests that had gathered to celebrate with us. But when he saw me walking down the aisle, everything changed. His entire face lit up, and I could see the love in his eyes.
The moment we locked eyes, my heart fluttered. All the nerves, all the buildup to this day, seemed to melt away. I walked toward him, my hand in my dad’s, feeling the weight of the moment.
When I reached him, Jaden reached out to hold my hands, his fingers trembling just slightly. I smiled up at him, trying to reassure him with a look. "I love you," I whispered.
"I love you more than you know," he whispered back.
The officiant began the ceremony, but all I could focus on was Jaden. The way he looked at me, the way he smiled at me like I was the only person in the world. It was all so surreal.
"Do you, Jaden, take Londy to be your lawfully wedded wife?" the officiant asked.
"I do," Jaden answered, his voice full of conviction.
The officiant turned to me. "And do you, Londy, take Jaden to be your lawfully wedded husband?"
"I do," I replied, my voice steady even though my heart was racing.
We exchanged rings, our fingers trembling slightly as we slid them onto each other’s hands. It was a small, intimate gesture, but it meant everything. The weight of the ring, the meaning behind it—it was our forever.
