It was only two days until I'd be seeing Nick, and I was nearly bouncing off the walls with excitement. Every time we spoke on the phone, it was almost impossible to not tell him, especially when he said he wished he could see me sooner.

[8:18] Nick: Are you in school yet?
[8:18] Charlie: Just walking in🤣
[8:19] Nick: You're going to be late 😜
[8:20] Charlie: And who's fault is that?

"What are you smirking about?" Tao asked, causing me to snap my head up.
"Erm, nothing." I said, blushing.
"You're a terrible liar Charlie." He teased.
"I'm going to be late." I giggled, carrying on down the corridor.
"See you at lunch." He laughed.

[8:25] Charlie: Sorry, I just bumped into Tao
[8:26] Nick: You know you can tell him Char
[8:27] Charlie: I know, I will after I've seen you 😊
[8:28] Nick: Are you going to be able to keep it a secret for another month? 😂

[8:29] Nick: When you do tell him, just be prepared for Darcy to spam your phone saying they always knew we'd end up together 😂😂

I was pleasantly surprised how easily Charlie and I slipped into becoming more than friends. Despite not physically being together, the progression felt natural, and I couldn't believe we were ever anything less than what we were now.

I left the accommodation block, and waited outside for Izzy. I hadn't mentioned anything to her yet, I wanted to see how things went first, but it definitely felt like it was already going well with me and Charlie.

"Morning." She smiled, as she left the block and greeted me with a hug.
"Morning." I said, unable to contain the excitement in my voice as I hugged her back.
"What's going on?" She chuckled, letting go of me.
"Me and Charlie are together." I smirked.
"Oh my god! Nick that's amazing!" She exclaimed, hugging me again.
"Yeah, I told him I like him and he feels the same." I laughed.
"I'm so happy for you! I absolutely need to meet him!" She enthused.
"How? You live in Bath." I chuckled, moving back slightly.
"FaceTime?" She asked, her eyes sparkling.
"I'll ask him, he's quite shy." I giggled affectionately.
"God, look at you, you're so in love with him." She teased as we started walking to our lecture.
"He's the most amazing person I've ever met." I chuckled bashfully.
"You're like a love struck teenager." She said cheekily.
"I am still a teenager." I teased.
"Ew, I forget how young you are sometimes." She teased back and I laughed.

My phone buzzed in my pocket, and a grin spread across my face when I saw it was a text from Charlie.
"Awww." She said mockingly, nudging me.
"Shut up." I giggled.
