Rathi POV:

"Laila, are you okay?" I looked at the tired Laila, who just woken up after 6 hours.

"Akka! I was so scared when you fainted. Please don't do this again and take care of yourself." Sweetie cried hugging her, while Laila tried to pacify her.

"Bring them glass of warm water" Shiva commanded Krishna, to which he frowned but said nothing and left from there.

"What happened at that time?" I asked Laila. She looked blankly at me and said to Sweetie who was still in her arms, "Sweetie go and help the boy in the Kitchen"

Sweetie looked at us for a second and left for the question, giving us space to talk.

"It's high time. She will be turned 20 this year" she said completely irrelevant to the matters at hand.

"So?" I asked her to which Shiva replied, "It's time for her get married."

"Have you two gone mad? Is this a joke? She is still a kid, though she looked grown up. You are 25 but haven't married yet, you want to marry her off. Do the elders in the family knew about this?" I sneered at her.

Fucking ridiculous.

"Don't you know about her life? If she didn't get married before she turned 21, none can stop the inevitable. Darkness have been released. So we don't have much time" she said, making me groan. God I totally forgot about this.

I looked at Laila feeling sorry for her. She is carrying huge fucking package on her own. I looked at her inorganic grey eyes and black and white hair. How she was changed like this.

"So what's the plan?" I asked. Maybe she could have already have a guy in her mind but what about Sweetie's LIC building Boyfriend

"Find a good guy for her whose horoscope match and I will talk to everyone about it tomorrow." She said with a shrug.

"The guy who went to kitchen is your sister's boyfriend." I informed her, making her eyes go wide.

She looked down and said with a thoughtful look, " Well then, it is great. Don't have to work hard to find a guy. Let's check his background and behavior. If their horoscope matched, let's fix the wedding. Even if it doesn't match, we have other ways to match it. I will talk to that boy properly tomorrow."

Is she serious? Marriage is big thing. A hasty marriage is something that can fuck your fucking life.

"What if, he refused to get married this early?" I asked her. She looked at me and then Shiva. A smirk slowly formed on her lips.

"It's not like our family doesn't forced their spouse to marry them. Just change the gender" she said making me go agape at her.

"Damn there is no need to drag Vijay uncle in this. He didn't force her to marry him. The situation was dire. If he didn't step forward, then Aunt's reputation would have been destroyed." I said without guilty conscience under her gaze.
