Rathi POV:
"This is getting so complicated. Raj you go to the spot. I will go back to the office." I said and looked at the two boys and smirked, "you two are coming with me"
I left the office and looked around to see only JD standing there at the entrance deep in his thoughts, "Where is Maahi?" I asked him.
"She is with Mr. Mehta. I sent them to hospital. Currently he needs someone to be with him." He said and looked at the boys behind me with a frown.
Weird. He is not that kind enough to leave her, I sighed.
"They are coming with us. Did you get all the information from Mr. Mehta and Maahi?" I asked him, he nodded.
"Let's send them back. They are of no use to us. I have got all the information needed. Let's go" he said and dismissed the boys and started the bike.
I sat on the back and we made our way to the office. I don't know why I am having a doubt that JD is hiding something from me. But there is no need for it. May be I am overthinking. How can JD harm innocents? I shook the head and shrugged off, now concentrating on the case.
"JD, tell me about Maahi's and Mr. Mehta's confession."I inquired him.
"Well last night Maahi was in her house and Mr. Mehta was in his room. He thought to wish her for her birthday, but without his knowledge, he was fast asleep. In morning, he was awoke by a call from his assistant that a patient is serious. The time was around 5 30 Am. So he left from home without meeting Twinkle, who according to her schedule, must be in Gym room. Twinkle finished her morning routine and left for the old Shiva temple in Triplicane with her driver by 6 30 am. She asked the driver to leave and pick her by 7 30 Am. The driver arrived by time to pick her but she was not there. The panicked driver searched for her but couldn't find her. So, he called and informed Mehta who just came back from the surgery. Maahi came to Mr. Mehta's house by 7 Am and was helping Twinkle 's Dadi Veramma, to prepare for the celebration. Maahi was dropped by Trilok uncle. They searched for her till 8 o clock when they found out she disappeared. Then, Mr. Mehta tried to call Jaswinder uncle and John uncle but couldn't get to their phone. Trilok uncle was going for an National Medical conference conducted in Delhi. Then, they called and informed us. Rest the history." He answered me, giving me a clarity to form a clear timeline.
