Ellie had finally made a resolute decision; she was determined to break free from the grasp of Jake and his friends' relentless bullying. All she had ever dreamed of was a normal school life, filled with laughter shared among friends and respectful interactions with her teachers. Yet, it felt as though fate conspired against her very existence. Despite several attempts to approach Jake and Emily about their inexplicable change in behavior, they either shrugged her off with dismissive gestures or cruelly ridiculed her appearance.

This year, however, Ellie was committed to changing her narrative. She found strength in the pursuit of her studies, focusing on her academic goals and fortifying herself against the negativity surrounding her. As she walked down the familiar hallway toward her classroom, she noticed a crowd gathered around a desk, a buzz of excitement thrumming through the air. Curiosity piqued, she chose to ignore the commotion and made her way directly to her seat.

Suddenly, a girl's voice pierced the air with an enthusiastic shout, "Ooh my gosh, you are so handsome! What is your name?" A ripple of squeals followed, as other girls chimed in, their cheeks flushed with excitement. "Are you from this town?" one asked breathlessly. "Please answer, do you have a girlfriend?" another urged. "Are you a K-pop idol or something? You're absolutely gorgeous!" Laughter erupted in the classroom, a mixture of amusement and disbelief at the girl's unabashed admiration.

Ellie's curiosity grabbed hold, and despite herself, she turned to investigate the source of the commotion. To her astonishment, she beheld the most striking boy she had ever laid eyes on. His shining black hair framed a face of sculpted perfection, while his sea-blue eyes seemed to captivate the very light around him. For a moment, Ellie was so entranced by his ethereal beauty that she found herself staring, oblivious to the world around her. The boy, however, caught her gaze and, with a quickness that sent her heart racing, she averted her eyes, pretending as if nothing had happened.

Despite the boy's silent demeanor, the questions continued to flood in from the enamored girls, until he finally broke his silence, his voice laced with a hint of arrogance. "My name is Damien Eryx. Are you satisfied now? Do you even know what they call personal space?" His words hung in the air, leaving the class in stunned silence.

The initial shock wore off quickly, with laughter bubbling up once more, but the girls persisted, undeterred. Just then, the classroom door creaked open, and the teacher entered, her voice cutting through the chaos. "Can you please take your seats?" she instructed with calm authority. As if under a spell, everyone dutifully settled into their chairs, and the class began, the air still tinged with the electricity of new beginnings and unspoken possibilities.
