"Because you're all confused, 'cause you want me to. But then you want me to do it the same as you. But, I don't, I don't want anything. I know it's not, it's not your fault," -The Adults Are Talking by The Strokes

Your feet stomped on the floor with each step that Bakugo dragged you along. Every foot closer to the bar, the yells and gore of the fight could be heard more prominently.

Eventually, the two of you had reached the opening to the bar. Glancing around, you could tell the majority of the villains had already been captured. Bakugo made his next step forward, when suddenly the man covered in burns tackled him to the floor.

They rolled over several times, wrestling for dominance. Flames ignited Dabi's stature, filling up the whole bar with a blue-ish hued light. Bakugo's catty explosions could be seen through the wall of blue flames, fighting back.

You had your own fight to pick. The other blonde, Himiko Toga, launched herself at you in an alluring attempt. "Oh, Y/N! I bet your blood tastes as good as you look!"

"Well that's pretty weird?!" You responded, dodging her continuous attempts at stabbing you. Toga eyes showed a hidden pain from behind your words, bringing her to fight more intuitively.

"Who are you to tell me what I should like?!" Toga screamed in your face. "You're just like everyone else! I want you dead!"

Her everchanging thoughts about you made you question if she had ever been diagnosed with bipolar disorder.

Ready to counterattack, you flicked your finger to toss her knife behind the bar. She growled in anger, clawing at your skin like a threatened cat.

You pushed her weight off of you, lifting her into the air by raising your hands. Before you could slam her against the wall, she romantically said, "Why don't we talk love, Y/N?"

"Love?" You questioned, her question catching you off guard. "What love is there to talk about?"

"Over there," she giggled, pointing at the two boys fighting. Your eyes followed her finger, but you made certain to not let go of her. "You've known them both for a long time, haven't you?"

"How the fuck do you know that?"

"Dabi has talked soooo much about you!" She continued giggling, but pouted, "I was so looking forward to taking over the world with you!"

"Well that's not happening," you rolled your eyes in utter disgust.

"If you had to date one of those boys over there, who would you pick?"

You had never once thought about a romantic relationship with either of the two boys. You stuttered cautiously, "U-um neither? I guess?"

"Hmm," she hummed, putting her finger on her chin. "I'm sure both of them would love to date you!"

"Okay, you're done now," you were fed up with her delusions, so you finally threw her against the wall. She fell unconscious where she landed.

Your eyes brought themselves over to the fight taking place behind you. It wasn't long before Dabi's flames were extinguished, giving Bakugo was the upper hand in the fight. Dabi attempted to punch Bakugo with his right hand, but the blonde dodged by spinning himself around to Dabi's open back. He blasted Dabi which propelled him to the ground, his body flipping over itself midair.

You could tell that Dabi had already been worn out from fighting the pros. Toga's foolish question replayed in the back of your mind while watching the fight take place. You were torn in between your two old friends, wanting to aid Bakugo in his fight but feeling compelled to not interfere.

Bakugo grabbed Dabi by his collar, raising him up in the air. He smirked maliciously, "I'll blast you so bad that you'll be turned inside out."

Dabi was unable to form words in his cadaverous physical state. Despite your new knowledge of his villain endeavors, the young man you had known for years could not be erased from your memory so easily.

"Why don't we make these burns a little darker?" Bakugo's spare hand began to spark tiny explosions across Dabi's upper body, leaving him in an unending agony.

The expression on your face grew more pained with each passing moment. "Stop!" You panted, reaching your arm out until it felt like it was going to pop out of socket. "Stop, Bakugo. Please."

Bakugo released his grip, making Dabi go limp and hit the ground with an excruciating scream. The ferocious blonde scowled at the carnage below him. Bringing his foot back, he kicked the burnt, scarred boy in the side of the head. Dabi was unable to fight back, his eyes sullen. He was coughing up blood, coating the ground around him.

"Why should I stop?" His question was redundantly sarcastic.

"Are you fucking psycho?!" You screamed, his overwhelming ego causing your blood to boil. "You're going to kill him!"

"Yeah, and he would've fucking deserved it," he kicked Dabi's pale body once again. "5 minutes ago, he was holding you captive, but now you want to save him?" He scoffed irritably, rolling his eyes.

His lack of empathy made you see red. He knew nothing about what you had been through for the past years of your life, but he expected to walk in and run it like a dictator. You weren't going to let him shut you down. "You don't know what I've been through for the past 5 fucking years!"

"The hell do you mean? You're not a fucking victim, so stop acting like a senstive child!"

You shook your head furiously, knowing no matter what you said wouldn't change his mind. Who in his right mind was he to be able to decide what emotions you were and weren't allowed to feel? "You've changed, Katsuki."

"And you haven't, Y/N?" You noticed his voice begin to quiver, but he cleared his throat to recollect himself. "You're saying I changed, but here you are sympathizing with a villain!"

A dark, gloomy figure approached behind Bakugo, firmly placing a hand on his shoulder. "That's enough, you two." Aizawa lurked behind Bakugo, awaiting you two to acknowledge him.

After a few moments, you followed him, watching your feet drag across the hardwood floor. The silence as you walked was too loud to be heard by the human ear.
