"What if I thought the brake was the gas? What if I crashed? What if these deep thoughts was my last? Let me pull over, quick!" -November by Tyler, The Creator
Fuji-Q Highland.
Known as one of the most thrilling theme parks in Japan, it is home to one of the largest roller coasters in the world- Fujiyama.
A mixture of sudden drops, sudden rises, sudden turns, and sudden stops all mushed together into one ride.
"That looks fucking sick," a glimmer of excitement showed through Bakugo's wide eyes. "We're going."
"Kacchan, isn't that one a little intense?" Izuku struggled trying to pull Bakugo away from the ride.
"No, we're fucking going!" Bakugo roared.
Shrieks of joy and terror flooded the air. You gazed up at the large ride in front of you, "It's kinda high up..."
"Pussies! We're going!" Bakugo shifted forward despite the resistance from Izuku.
"I don't mind going," the even-keeled Todoroki stated.
Slowly, Izuku's pull against Bakugo began to weaken. He sighed in defeat, "I mean, if you guys all want to..."
Bakugo's punched his fist into the air, leading the way to Fujiyama.
After a 20 minute long wait time of pure dread, it was finally time to get on the ride.
"You'll be fine, Izuku," you laughed as he walked the walk of fear toward his seat next to Todoroki. "Nobody is gonna die!"
"Uh-huh..." he continued to mumble prayers as he strapped himself in tight to the ride.
You slid into the seat next to Bakugo. He was chuckling to himself, which led you to ask, "What's got you so cheerful?"
"Hah! Stupid Deku! He had all this courage to ask me to hangout with him, what did he expect? He's probably about to shit his pants right now!"
He cocked his head in your direction, and you furrowed your eyebrows. "Y/N? What?" a smirk spread across Bakugo's cocky face, "you scared?"
With no response, you pursed your lips together and looked to the front of the ride. "Hm, that ferris wheel looks nice."
"Didn't expect this," he chuckled. "This'll be more funny than I thought."
The carts slowly inched forward on the track, curving out of the entrance. Time felt like it was in slow motion as the carts continued to creep up to the top.
"Hold on to the safety bar!" the theme park worker exclaimed through a loudspeaker.
"Shit," you stated.
Straight down you went.
"Ahh- AHHHH! I DON'T WANT TO DIE!!"
Through all the twists and turns, Bakugo laughed at your fright. Izuku's screams were drowned out from the ones of your own.
Just as quickly as the ride started, it has stopped. The inertia made your body jolt forward due to the sudden stop.
"Hah, that wasn't so bad..." you wheezed out, your head feeling woozy. You lifted a hand to your head and began to steady yourself.
"Yeah right," Bakugo sneered. He propped himself up to the side of the cart. "I wonder which Midoriya screamed louder."
You elbowed him in the side of his stomach, "Shut up."
"Hey guys," Todoroki stumbled towards the two of you, with Izuku using his shoulder for support. "Midoriya doesn't feel so good after the ride, Bakugo, could you take him to the bathroom?
"Huh?! Fuck no! Not my problem!" The blonde shook his head defiantly.
"Well, Y/N here is a girl, so she can't really take him to the guys's restroom, but you could."
"Very true," you nodded.
"Doesn't matter if I can. I'm not gonna!" Bakugo fought like a child throwing a tantrum. He kicked a rock, which skipped across the concrete pavement. "Do it yourself!"
"Well, I would, except I was planning on having a conversation with Y/N. I needed to ask her about something," the half-hot half-cold boy turned his body towards you.
"Me?" you pointed at yourself.
Todoroki nodded.
"You can have that talk whenever," Bakugo crossed his arms across his chest. "Just not now!"
"Katsuki," you sighed.
In reality, you had grown curious about this Todoroki figure. With the Number 2 Hero as his father, surely he could know more behind the curtains about hero life.
And you needed to know the hero and villain connection taking place in America.
Bakugo grumbled at the sound of his name and unwillingly trudged to the restroom with Izuku.
"So, Y/N, where would you like to talk?" A soft smile spread to Todoroki's lips.
"Ferris wheel?"

There was only a short line leading up to the entrance of the ride. You hopped up into the swaying cart, sitting across from Todoroki.
"So, what did you want to talk about?" You began, shifting your gaze from the view of Mount Fuji to Todoroki.
"Ah," he started, "my dad has taken quite a liking to you."
How blunt.
"To me? Why?" Confusion only grew more inside of you.
"You see, my father is a pro hero. He is well versed in all the forms of hero work."
"Yeah, Endeavor. He's the Number 2 pro hero. What's that gotta do with me?" You had a feeling to what he was going to respond with– but how would he have known?
"I won't press on the topic, but I know you spent the past few years of your life in one of those quirk camps in America. My father has been investigating those camps for a while now. Accounts of many victims have been reported to the American police about this, but I'm sure you know about how little justice is brought to the quirk users of America."
"...Yeah..."
"I'm sure you hate these camps just as much as I do, Y/N."
"You're not wrong."
A heartwarming yet cold smile spread across his face, the smile lines wrinkling up the skin around his cheeks. "So, what do you say, Y/N?" He stuck his hand out, as if waiting to shake yours. "Want to get rid of these camps forever?"
