sungho and y/n were having their rest day from the stressful and pressuring office today. a common tradition they had was to do as many things as they can together throughout that day, as the both of them having their rest days together was extremely rare considering the fact that the office was shorthanded and needed more people in the office everyday.
the two preferred being productive instead of lazing around the house all day, looking at their phones without any communication whatsoever. today, they decided to make use of the new gaming console that they purchased a few weeks ago. they skimmed through the different games they had and decided to play a few matches of mario kart.
"argh! how do you keep beating me? this is the 5th match already!" sungho ran his fingers through his hair while hollering in distress, placing the controller on the carpeted floor.
"im just better, sung. i'll let you win the next round." the girl giggled as she took a sip of her coffee on the coffee table, offering the sulking boy next to her to have a sip too to calm his nerves down. despite that, sungho crossed his arms and turned away from her, sulking so much it made her lean back against the chair and burst out laughing.
"yah! you just look cuter sulking like that. come here." she spread her arms out, a sign asking her boyfriend to embrace her in a hug. sungho took a quick glance at her with his arms still crossed, before inching closer to lean his head into her neck. she clasped him in her arms, peppering kisses all over the crown of his head and forehead.
"choose your character. i wanna be princess rosalina." y/n handed his controller back to him and leaned back into her chair, grabbing a blanket after that and covering herself in it.
sungho couldn't help but smile to himself at his girlfriend's charm while looking at the tv screen. something about her just made him feel so relaxed, like he had no worries at all. spending his rest days with his favourite person in the whole world was definitely the best way for him to destress and best feeling ever.
