Chapter 12

Glen POV

"Lacey!!" I shouted.
"What?" She asked running over to me.
"Lil just ran off. What did I do?" I said. I was about to cry. I really liked Lil and she just ran off leaving me confused.
"Oi Glen don't cry please. So what was you talking about?" She asked.
"I just really like her. She was about to tell me why she started crying" I replied.
"Oh shit" Lacey said worried.
"What? Lacey why was she crying?" I asked worried.
"It's not my place to tell you Glen. She will tell you in her own time. But right now we need to go find her." She replied.
"Okay let's go. DANNY MARK COME HERE" I said.
"What?" Danny said confused.
"We need to go find Lil" I said.
I didn't wait to hear their reply I just ran out into the streets of New York looking for her. Lace, Danny and Mark finally caught up and we went down an alley way. I may be 37 but alleyways still scare me. At the end of the alleyway I saw two shadows. One of a girl and the other a man. The man had his hand round the girls neck. I focused on the scene and realised the girl. It was Lil.

Lil POV

I was walking down through the streets of New York when I get pulled into an alleyway.
"Hanging out with Glen and his friends now are we?" Said a sly voice. I realised it was him.

*Flashback- just after parents died*

They should still be here with me. Them not being here has changed my life. Every night I get drunk. Its not just that, I take drugs too. Things have changed dramatically since their death and I'm at a low point in my life. All the money they left for me was gone. I'd spent it on alcohol or drugs. Anything to get my mind off them. I don't have a house anymore, I live on the streets, alone. Let's just say I'm not exactly known round these parts for the right reasons. All day I sit on these steps. Like I am now. It was dark and cold. I could see a shadow coming towards me. A man.
"Oi you!" He sneered. Shit. It was the man I stole drugs and alcohol off. He approached me and pushed me to the floor.
"I want the money for everything. Now."
"I d..don't have it" I stammered.
"Well then we have problems don't we." He said in his disgusting voice.
"I'll make you a deal. You be my slave. You follow my rules. My script. And I don't charge you. You only go out to work then you come back and give me the money you earned." He said.
"No way!" I shouted.
"What did you say to me?" He said coming closer. He pushed me against the wall and held me there with his hand around my neck.
"Ok ok I will" I whispered just loud enough so he could hear.
"That's my girl" he replied.

*end of flashback*

"You know our deal. I saw you. You've been saving money to go see this pathetic band. You should be following my rules" he said angry. He pushed me against the wall with his hands round my neck.
"Leave her alone!" Someone shouted. Glen.
"Glen no! Glen please go. You will get hurt" I shouted.
"Wise girl she is" He said.
"No I'm not going. Leave Lil alone" Glen said.
"Oh no. You shouldn't have said that. You will just have to watch her die before your eyes" he said wickedly. He pushed me to the floor and kicked me and punched me. I tried to stand but it was no use. I couldn't move. I ached all over. He punched me around the face. I then saw a puddle of blood. My blood. It didn't bother him though. He carried on. I could hear screams and shouts around me. Then I heard footsteps. He ran away. My eyes were closing. The last thing I heard was,
"I love you. Please don't die" Glen sobbed. I was about to reply, then all I saw was darkness.

Sorry for like the shortest chapter but yeah this chapter kinda needed to happen so yeah. So what do you think about lil? :( I actually cried writing this chapter coz I like lil even though she has only been in it for two chapters.

This chapter is pretty crap, so sorry :( but it's the holidays now and I have 7 weeks off so I'll try update more :)
