Book Review:

This book takes readers on a journey which is heart-wrenching, the storyline being a ride of a true emotional roller coaster from start to finish. The author gracefully connects together the moments of joy, sorrow and vulnerability, resulting in a creation of a story that feels so real, the story remains in your mind for a long period of time after you've turned the final page. Every scene is crafted with an intensity that pulls you in and makes you imagine the story happening right in front of your eyes, making it impossible to read passively; instead, you are fully absorbed, experiencing each twist and turn alongside the characters.

One of the strongest aspects of this book which draws a lot of attention from the readers is its portrayal of complex human emotions. The characters are beautifully flawed, each carrying their own scars gracefully, the scars which are engraved too deep, both visible and hidden, this just adds a depth that makes us feel a lot of emotions within us. As you watch them undergo hurdles of life, you're reminded of the strength it takes to face the most difficult parts of our past and the courage required to heal, and this reminder makes the readers emotionally attached to the character. This isn't just a story you read; it's one you feel deeply in your heart.

There are scenes in this book that particularly leave us with a heavy heart, and the author doesn't shy away from tackling triggering subjects which just experience the beautifully crafted story. These moments are handled with sensitivity but are still intense, so readers should approach with care. Yet, it's these very scenes that make the book so powerful and makes the readers believe the story to be real. They are uncomfortable for different people to read at times, but they bring an authenticity to the story, depicting that healing isn't always a straight path and that sometimes, the only way out is going through a lot of suffering. The pain the characters experience is palpable.
