Chapter 12

Naomi Pov :
The next morning after breakfast, I was training with my lighting under the eye of Thalia and Jason. We were in some quiet spot at camp to help me be more concentrated. Through deeply in my mind, I was struggling with some things. But I was trying not to show it. After 2 hours, Chiron comes to us to see how I am doing with training. Jason and Thalia told him that they were impressed cause, even if it were basic things, I am learning quite fast. Chiron seemed to be proud of hearing it. After I showed him what I could do, he asked if I could go with him for a moment. I looked at Jason, and he gave me a nod to go while Thalia smiled at me. I went with Chiron to strawberries fields as I am usually going here with Piper. The area was also quiet, so it was probably one of the best spots to have a talk.
- I didn't have much occasion to ask how you are holding up here. ~ Chiron started
- It's even okay. I mean, there are things that I am way too far to be used yet, but I guess because of Jason, Piper, and their friends, it's gonna be easier. ~ I said
- I'm glad to hear that. I'm happy that you gave people a chance here as you were quite quiet for the first time. It's a normal thing, of course. But I'm very proud of how you and Jason are in touch.
- Well, for sure, he is the best. Like it was weird for the first time, as I'm not used to having a family, but he changed it now, so I'm starting to learn it again.

- Jason told me that many times. Yet still, I have a feeling like a lot of campers is observing me as my father is King of the Sky and Gods all this stuff. I'm also quite nervous about how they will react at my lighting as its also different.
- Naomi child, people were always curious, and it's how it is. I know it's easy to say, but try not to care about it that much. Besides, colour doesn't mean different. Every demigod has some special ability from their godly parent, and it's not a new. Trust me.

We were talking for about 30 minutes, and after it, I went back to Thalia and Jason. I told them quickly how it was, and we spent some time speaking about Zeus and our legacy. During the rest of the day, we went for some food, played games, spent some time with friends until it was evening, and hunters were leaving the camp. Before Thalia went to them, I snuggled into her, and she picked me up. Jason joined the hug, and we held each other for a moment. After we pushed back and I was now on my own foot's again, Thalia gave me a kiss on my forehead and said that she would try to visit us as often as she could. I smiled at her and watched her and Jason as they were speaking goodbye. When they did, I took his hand and waved to Thalia one last time. Than we went to campfire and enjoy our time with friends. For a while I was totally off my thoughts and let myself fully enjoy the time.

Honestly I don't like this much but now we will start with some skip time so I hope will be better.
