Chapter 8

I know I said that I won't make chapters for now because of some of my own problems, but as now I have a time and plan for it I decided to gave this (probably a short one) but at least something to end the day from last one.

Naomi Pov :
I walled towards the camp shop with Jason, Piper, and Leo. When we were there, Jason told me that I chose whatever I wanted and needed. I looked at him before finally decided to look up for something. After a moment, I saw an adorable plush of black horse. Jason smiled at me, and I chuckled.
~ This looks similar to Tempest. ~ he said. ~
- The who? I asked
- My old friend, who is kind of a wind horse
I looked at him frozen for a moment and said :
- Can I meet him?
- Well, once for sure, but when I have no idea cause, he is showing mostly whenever he wants to, not just because of it
- Ohhh
Jason chuckled. Whatever. We left the shop, and Leo spoke :
- Very cool plush
- I know
- Can't wait for what you got for us, kid
- Maybe I will be more powerful than you
- Hey!
We were just talking like this, and I was jumping with my new plush feeling around them (mostly Jason and Piper cause Leo still weirdo) totally peacefully. The rest of the day, I was enjoying my new and well...first toy in a long time. Even Chiron spoke that it's a cool one! Anyway. In the evening, Jason takes me to the campfire to meet the rest of his friends. I was worried a little cause I already met Leo today. But well, be brave. I decided to take my plush with us. When we were at place, Jason took me over a small group of people and got me to know them. As I was standing there with him, I waved to them and went behind him. He chuckled and patted my head and said who they were :
- Percy Jackson ~ Son of Poseidon
- Annabeth Chase ~ Daughter of Athena
- Nico Di Angelo ~ Son of Hades
- Will Solace ~ Son of Apollo
The rest of the group was Piper and Leo. They all were smiling at me. In a moment, Piper comes to us and takes our hands to sit with them. Jason pulled me on his lap, and I snuggled into him. Piper put her hand on my knee and started gently stroke it. After a moment, they all started speaking to me :
- Nice plush ~ Will spoke
- I like black ~ Nico spoke
- It's look like Tempest! ~ Percy spoke
- You are cute ~ Annabeth said
I looked at them and hid myself more in Jason embrace. I mean, Annabeth and Will sounds nice. Nico sounded like it wasn't obviously after what he was wearing and all. Percy, I don't know. He seems to be okey. While sitting there, I was listening to their talks and once Annabeth asked me :
- So, how are you feeling here for now, Naomi?
- Good
- Well, you are in good hands, so you have a lucky. ~ she said with a smile
- Yeah, Jason, as a big bro, believe me, totally won. ~ Percy said and chuckled
- I know. ~ I said
Jason smiled and kissed me on the forehead.
- Does your injuries are healing? ~ Will asked
- I get from Kayla some ointment, so I think yes. ~ I said quietly
Nico was the only quieter there (not looking at me of course) but he probably is a person of a few words. I guess. In a meantime Leo takes me over spot to make some marshmallows. It was even fun I need to say. Of course it couldn't go without his jokes but in the final I chuckled at some of them. After the next 2 hours we were listening to songs that were singing or playing by the campers. I need to say, even quite cozy atmosphere. When it's comes to be pretty late Jason and I started heading back to our cabin as we said goodnight to the group. During walk he gave me his hoodie as it was pretty cold even through at camp it's regulated weather. Of course I was drowning in her but well it was a warm one. When we were at cabin we talked for a bit and went to our bed. I fall asleep hugging my new plush buddy.
