As they formed their groups, the Kauravas and Ashwatthama quickly completed their team list, received their task sheet, and left the training ground to prepare. Seeing this, Bhima grew angry and said, "They left without even forming a group of seven as Guru Drona instructed. Now we have only five members in our team."

At that moment, they heard footsteps behind them. Turning around, they saw Yuyutsu approaching. He asked, "Can I join your group?" The Pandavas felt sorry for him, as Kauravas often used him for tasks and left him behind at other times. Yudhishthira replied, "Sure, it is a group activity after all." They then proceeded to write down their names and received their task sheet.

Guru Drona observed the scene, disappointed. He had hoped that by offering a reward, the cousins would work together. Instead, he saw that their feud was only growing stronger. With a heavy heart, he thought, "At least I hope they won't disappoint me in finishing the task."
