Bhoomi, being a painter, was given the job of designing the masks for the organization. After paying for her purchase, she told her friends she would wait for them outside. She stood near a lamp-post, mentally checking if she had bought everything needed for the project. Suddenly, she felt herself being jerked backward by someone who grabbed her elbow, landing her against his chest. She felt a sharp prick in her neck all of this happened in a matter of seconds.

When Bhoomi's mind registered what had happened, she felt greatly disappointed in herself. How had she not sensed the man's presence, even after secretly training in martial arts? Was its overconfidence that made her lower her guard? Despite the situation, she thought about other things because she was confident in her martial arts skills. Tackling him wouldn't require much effort, and he wasn't in a position to think clearly. Hearing his ragged breaths, she knew he had been running for a long time. The posture of the knife on her neck told her he was seasoned in using it, but he had completely underestimated her, evident in the way he held her. By now, the police had surrounded them.

This commotion brought her brothers and friends out of the store. Her brothers froze in fear, seeing their baby sister with a knife to her neck. Her friends froze because now Bhoomi clearly could not use martial arts, as her brothers and parents didn't know about it. Eli looked furious, feeling helpless. To everyone else, they were just friends, but only they knew the depth of their relationship.

Bhoomi calmly observed the person who had taken her hostage. Her hands were now holding the hand of the man gripping the knife. She searched for a particular acupoint she had read about in the school library. After finding it, she counted down from ten to one. As if struck by epilepsy, the man fell down, his eyes wide, staring at Bhoomi like she was a ghost.

The police moved in, took him into custody, and arranged for his transfer to a hospital. They asked Bhoomi about her condition and whether she needed medical counseling due to the shock. Before she could respond, her brothers rushed forward and hugged her. They felt fear like they had never felt before. Yasshva's eyes were red no one could tell if it was from crying or anger. It later became clear when he kicked the man, who was being held by a nurse and doctor. The man's face sharply turned to the right, and his lips busted. When the police asked, Yasshva claimed he tripped, and the officer, not wanting to make a scene, simply said, "Watch where you're placing your feet."

When they reached home, her brothers didn't leave her alone, fearing something might happen to her. Shortly after, five cars came to a halt in their driveway: one carried her parents, another her grandparents, the family doctor, a nurse, and the police. When her mother saw her, her face was terror-stricken, tear marks visible on her beautiful face. She pulled Bhoomi into her chest, crying and continually thanking the gods for saving her daughter's life.

Bhoomi's friends looked at each other. Outsiders might not know, but they clearly knew that Bhoomi had caused the man's medical episode. It was confirmed by the surprised look on the criminal's face. They thanked the gods that only they and the criminal knew it, but they didn't notice an old man in the crowd who, despite looking 75, had an energy that even some youths lacked. He had followed them and was observing everything from outside.

Bhoomi's father looked like he wanted to murder the criminal, but he restrained himself for his family's sake. For one week, her mother didn't let Bhoomi out of her sight, and her father did all his office work from home. When her parents learned about Yasshva's kick, her mother proudly said, "That's my son!". Her father transferred 10% of the hospital department shares in his name. Their elder brother bought Yasshva a Rolex watch and supported him. That was the only reason he kept quiet at the time.

Currently, he was training with his father and often went out socializing, knowing some influential people. After making some calls, he ensured the criminal wouldn't be out for a long time. Even the thought of that day brought him great pain. After he finished his training, he came to pick up his brother and sister. He saw Bhoomi walking out of the store after her purchase but stopped to talk to his junior, who wanted pointers for a football match. If he hadn't talked to him, his sister wouldn't have been in that situation. He knew it wasn't his fault, but he still felt guilty. Despite his parents reassuring him, he couldn't forget it. That day, he took a vow to protect her no matter what. He didn't know that one day, that very vow would be broken.
