The air was thick with tension, yet the aftermath of the battle was a strange kind of quiet. The wolves of Boun's pack gathered in a large circle, their eyes fixed on their leader...Alpha Boun.
He stood tall, his body marked with the scars of the fight, yet his presence was commanding. He had led them to victory, and now, as the leader, it was time to speak.
Boun raised his head, his voice carrying in the cool night air.
"Pack, today was a test," he began, his tone serious but filled with pride. "We fought not just for survival, but for our future.... We fought for the peace we deserve, and for the family we protect.... Today, we've earned our place... We stand united, stronger than ever... No more will we be driven into hiding, no more will we be preyed upon."
The wolves responded with a low, collective growl...a sound of agreement, of strength.
Boun's eyes scanned the faces of his pack, a proud glint in his gaze.
"This battle wasn't won by me alone. It was won because each of you fought with everything you had.... And because of him," Boun's gaze shifted, landing on Prem, who was tending to the injured wolves with a focused determination.
"Prem is not just my love; he is the heart of this pack now. He showed us what true courage looks like. He defended us, not with claws or fangs, but with his heart....his strength."
