Chapter 30: Christmas

Amelia's POV

I was looking around the great hall for Harry. I needed to know if he knew anything about the next task. And I wanted to give him his Christmas present. The Slytherin common room was empty except for the huge tree in the corner. You could see the small bits of frost on the ends. Probably because we are under the lake, and it's never warm down there. I'm guessing the Slytherins took their presents and left for their rooms. I don't know what happened after the Yule ball last night but I ended up in my old common room, but honestly I didn't mind. I knew the Gryffindors would be in a better spirit than my own house. I took my presents to their common room and went down the breakfast.

This brings us back to where I am right now. Looking for Harry. I walked over to the Gryffindor table. I saw Harry instantly, he was looking at a pair of socks. Dobby. I silently laughed knowing whatever was on the socks was the elf's doing. I walked up and basically jumped into the space right next to him. I scared him and everyone else sitting around us.

" Blimey Amelia, maybe a little warning next time." Ron says from my other side.

" But Ronald you know that takes the fun away from scaring you." I say messing up his hair. He shoves my hand away and started fixing his hair making the twins laugh.

" Ronald you got a girl your trying to impress?" Fred asks sharing a knowing look with me and George.

" Let me take some guesses" George starts he looks to me and I know this wont end well." Is it our dear friend Amelia?" George smirks when Ron goes red and starts shaking his head.

" Oh is it because our dear brother is gone, you think you have a chance?" Fred says Ron looks down and starts to eat his pancakes his face still red. I kick the twin's shins from under the table.

" I know its not me Ron." I say smirking. He looks relieved that someone agrees with him. " But I do know who it is." I state  he looks at me and I nod towards Hermione." Mione." I whisper in his ear.

 He looks around and realizes the twins didn't hear what. He looks back at me with pleading eyes." Please don't tell her." He whispers. All I do is smirk knowing it would do nothing to comfort him. My smirk stays on my face for the rest of the breakfast.

Time skip to idk when

We decided that we should try to do a whole school snowball fight. Wrap anyone up into it when they walk by. I had already asked Viktor and his school and with a reply he threw a snowball in my face. I was scared that it meant yes but hey its our fault. I had Ron ask Fleur knowing he would be embarrassed and he was. But I think Fleurs little sister said yes so its a win for us. 

I was heading towards Hagrids hut where in the area we would have the snowball fight when I saw Harry walking too. I instantly remembered I needed to ask him about the second task. I ran up to him and pulled him behind the boulder.

" Hey Harry ." I laugh out when I see is scared face.

" Oh its just you. Amelia don't scare me like that." he says punching my arm lightly.

" Oh I will always love scaring  you Harold." I say earning another punch to the arm." Anyway I had a question do know anything about the third task?" I ask. Harry looks at me confused.

"I thought they would have told you sis." He says when he sees my face he knows I wasn't kidding." Well they want us to meet with them in the qudditch pitch but I don't know when. All I know is they will tell us whenever but I haven't been told and I doubt the others have either." 

" Oh my gods they like you the best." When I see his offended face I immediately reword what I said." Sorry not like that its good they prefer you your the youngest and I want you safe. I just wish they would have still told us."

" Wait others Fleur and Viktor don't know about the third task either?" Harry asks and I just nod.

" Hey Mrs. Head girl having a good time with pottah?" Malfoy asks from behind me. I internally role my eyes.

" As a matter of fact I am Draco. Catching up with family is always a good thing you know. " I laugh confusing both boys and the goons." Oh but you wouldn't know that right? Your family doesn't actually care for you, right?" I say. I see Draco lunge for me only to be held back by his goons.

" Why are you holding me back?!" Draco yells.

" She's powerful the dragon couldn't even take her down." Crabbe says from his left.

" Yeah and I really don't want to get into a fight with the head girl. One that could kick my ass, has a job already working with dragons, is a child of a god, and already finished her NEWTs. Sorry Draco but i like my life." Blaise says. Theo nods with Enzo.

" Not to mention Draco she is one of the only nice Slytherins even if she hangs out with Mudbloods and Blood traitors." Mattheo says.

" Never talk about my friends that way Mattheo. You do it again and I will make sure something will kill you in a painful death." I say looking into his eyes but he just smirks.

" As much as you do scare me my father is Lord Voldemort and I think he scares you more." He says with a smile spreading across his face.

" He does scare me but I think I could handle him. His famous spell he likes using, I've already survived that too. Doesn't kill me, can't." I say, I see their smirks falling slowly." I think if your dad ever does come back his best bet Is hand to hand. Oh but then again I was trained for all of that." I say a smile spreading across my face now and theirs fading fast.

" Yeah I choose to live bye guys."  And with that Enzo walks away with everyone else following him trying to hide their anger. Yeah what was I thinking about being friends with them.

" You scare me sometimes. You know that right Amelia?" I laugh and grab his arm taking him to the snow fight I could see happening. The Slytherins walked right into it and now were fighting back.

" Wanna beat my housemates asses?" I ask looking to Harry who only nods.

Two hours later

" Viktor we never said you could make a snow dragon attack us!" I yell digging out Fred and George from under the snow. 

" I think I won." Viktor says

" yeah yeah whatever now help me get everyone you buried out ." I say Finally getting George out to help me with Fred.

hey guys thank you all so much for continuing this story and getting it to 4.6k reads I love you all.

I am sorry to say this is coming to an end. at the end of Harry's fourth year is going to be the end of this book.but hey I'll make more for his 5th year and so on. Maybe there will be a kid in the future?? There will probably be like 3-5 more chapters. thank you all again
