Onika Maraj POV

"She's gorgeous. I'm sorry but she is." Ariana shrugged desperately as she sipped her daiquiri out of her straw. She then began twirling her tongue around the straw in a hypnotic like state.
I didn't respond, just sighed and sipped my daiquiri as I observed Beyoncé and Alex work on renovating my pool area. It was damn near 90 degrees in Louisiana and they were both sweating. I couldn't really dislike her for noticing what I noticed myself.

"She is. They both are. And we're sitting in a corner fanning ourselves over what we can't have. Desperate housewives." Robyn said with playful disgust in her voice, making me break my silence with laughter.

"Speak for yourself." Ariana mumbled, making me sit up.

"Girl you're married. We all are." I pointed at Robyn as well, letting her know she was included in this reprimand. "Plus they're young. They can't even take care of themselves. They can't handle grown women."

As soon as I said those words, Beyoncé lifted a large and extremely heavy tool bag and carried it over to Alex. Her toned body glistened and she almost looked like something out of a movie. She basically obliterated my entire point and this made Robyn laugh under her breath.

"Looks like she can handle it fine to me." She said as Ariana stared helplessly.

"So can our HUSBANDS.... MARRIED?! Remember?!" I flashed my ring and pointed at theirs before they both dramatically waved me off.

"You really think our always "working" husbands aren't having their own fun? Come on Nik I have a conscience but i'm also not delusional." Ari told me. I couldn't deny that she could be right, so I leaned back in my chair and pondered on it. Xavier had had affairs before so it wasn't entirely fair to dismiss the theory. It was earlier in our marriage and he blamed it on being a "young" guy who was still immature even though I was much younger than him and still faithful.

"She has a point. I know Rakim has his fun." Robyn admitted, verifying my thoughts.

"Exactly. My husband doesn't even hide it." Ari piled on. "We're alone in these massive houses for weeks at a time. Who could really blame us? I mean would it really be a crime?"

"I don't think 2 wrongs make a right ladies." I put on my professional tone. Infidelity was yet another issue I tackled with certain clients. I didn't condone it at all.

"I don't think being wrong is any of her concern right now Nik." Robyn giggled as she pointed at Ari who was waving at Bey and Alex. I think at this point she would take either or. When I looked up at them, Beyoncé smiled back at her but her eyes caught mine and her expression changed to a more serious one. I cowered instantly and pretended I was never looking in the first place.

"You're right. A grown woman will be grown and it isn't my business but once again.... just take into consideration that she's young as hell. They're not as experienced and developed as us. They'll develop feelings and be heartbroken over a woman they can't have." I warned her.

"It'll be a learning experience for her." She joked, but I didn't think it was funny. I don't think Robyn did either because she pretended not to hear it. I didn't want to continue beating a dead horse though so I let it go and changed the subject.

"Speaking of husbands, mine is coming home later. Do you ladies want to stay for dinner?" I extended an offer to them, not because I necessarily wanted to, just because I didn't really want to be alone with Xavier.
