Months have went by in a similar pattern. I would work, try to understand and control my new found abilities which I now realize are revolve around telekinesis, energy manipulation, and healing, and then I would sleep. Obviously in between I would talk to Iris and Joe but I never tried to branch out of my comfort zone because realistically I wouldn't want anyone to have the burdens my life brings but Iris and Joe are already too deep.

I walk into my lab to find Iris already waiting for me to complain about collage once again. "Iz! Look who it is!" Iris exclaims as she pushes Barry in front of her as he chuckles. He looks exactly how I remember him but more buff? I lock eyes with Barry's brown ones and it brightens up my day immediately. Gosh I missed him so much. I quickly launch myself into his arms wrapping my legs around his torso. "I missed you so much Barry! I'm so happy you're alright! You scared me so much!" I say as he smiles at me, "Not as scared as I was of you. When I woke up the first thing I asked was if you were okay. Getting stroked by lightning isn't the most pleasant thing."

"This calls for a celebration at Jitters!" Iris yelps as she wraps her arms around the two of us leaving Barry's face to turn bright red as he notices he is still holding my hands. Isn't he such a cutie. "Yess!" We say together as we leave the office and head to the coffee shop. "You guys have to catch me up on everything." Barry says and then Iris and I begin to talk about everything. Well minus that fact that I'm a freak which I haven't told anyone. And I never will.

After are long catch up Barry, Iris and I begin walking home from Jitters talking and laughing about everything and anything. I walk in the middle between the two people as they practically talk over my head. As our arms swing back and forth Barry's and my hands graze across one another causing my heart to flicker? Barry pulls back quickly realizing what he's done and I look up a him to see embarrassment settled across his face with his cheeks being slightly pink.

All of a sudden we are surrounded by this fog as Barry pulls us away from the seeming danger. There is a high speed care coming straight this way. I look at Iris to see if she is alright but when I look back at Barry he's gone. As I try to swat the fog away it slowly disappears while siren sounds appear. I blink my eyes again one more and see Barry standing back at my side. How the heck did he get here?

"Iris! Eliza! Barry!" Joe yells as he rushes towards us scanning over our bodies to make sure we are alright. "We're alright, dad." Iris says before Joe looks directly at Barry and states angrily, "what the hell were you thinking - having them out there? And I told you when you see danger run the other way! You're not a cop!" Barry recoils slighting, "Because you won't let me! Joe I need to you." "It can wait." "No now I know who did this. It's Clyde Mardon. I know everything things he died but someone thing happened to him that night. I think he can control the weather."

My ears perk up at his last sentences as I join the conversation. Maybe I wasn't so alone after all. "These recent robberies all happened during freak meteorological events and then just now the streeets instantly filled with fog... of course your done believe me you never believe me." Joe sighs, "You want to do this now? Martin's dead and there is no controlling the weather, Barry. Just like there is no lighting storm in your house." Looking at the hurt expression on Barry's face I quickly step in, "Joe I believe Barry. What if there are people that have abilities. And he is right the fog came out of know where that should be physically impossible." I say as Joe roles his eyes, "sorry Eliza but it's just not possible. Okay? You don't have to agree with Barry for everything." "I do not!" "Dad, enough!" Iris says causing Joe to back off as Barry storms off and I follow him.

"Barry wait up!" I says as I run to catch up. "Enough Iz. Joes right if you don't believe me that that's fine just don't lie." Barry states with an expression of sadness causing me to grab his face in my hands bringing him closer to me as I stand on my tippy toes. "Barry don't do that. I believe you. I know how much this means to you and I understand. And for the record I don't always believe you it's just you have a tendency to be right and I just want to be on the right side." I laugh before kissing on the chick and standing up. At list movement Barry lets out a cough and scratches his neck. "Haha, I shouldn't doubt you again." He says before Iris calls him over for something.

Once I get back home to my messy house. I test out my abilities a little bit more. Once I close my eyes I fill a rush of power flow in me as I slowly levitate off the ground. Looking across my room I notice a mug. Putting my hand out my blue aura grabs it and brings it to me and I let out a chuckle. Holy moly maybe this is better than I originally believed it would be. Huh who knew.

The next day I come to late a bit late because it's my half day to notice everyone missing. I quickly ask around before they told me where Joe was and assumably Barry. I quickly rush to my car and drive to the farm house. As I take in the sight I see a giant destroyed house with Barry and Joe looking up at the sky. "Oh my gosh are you guys okay!" I say as I run over to them engulfing them in a hug. Barry sends me a smile, "Never been better."
