His Daughter.

Chapter 7.

As we arrive at the undercroft. A secret room under the astronomy tower. It's dark and dimly lit, except for a small green flame, a floo flame. "Wait" I shout, suddenly stopping. I stand there and hold Theo's hand. I look at him in the eyes. "Whatever you see tonight, you have to keep it a secret" I explain nervously. He nods and smiles, "We have to use the flame to get to the nearest flame to your family home" Theo explains. I listen nodding, giggling almost. Theo notices this, "Nervous about using floo flames?" He asks, I nod, "Can you go first?" I ask, with a pleading look at him. He nods, as he steps up to the flame. Using it to transport to our destinantion. I stand in the dark cellar alone for a moment. Realising that everything could very well change after this trip. I take a deep breath, and go ahead, using the floo flame, behind Theo.

I land out of the floo flame, on my feet. I straighten my skirt out, as I look up at Theo stood there. I look around to gather my surroundings, seeing Spinners End down the street. The warm feeling of home, overcomes me. I excitedly clap my hands. "You did it Theo, I'm home!" I exclaim with excitement. He laughs, as he follows me, and we walk down the street together. It's dark, with a few streetlights flickering. We approach the front door, and I take out my wand, whispering "Alohomora" unlocking the front door, and we both slowly walk inside. My heart is beating fast. I walk us both into the lounge of the house, and I see the family photos up, baby photos of me, me and my mum, as well as our family portrait. I keep my gaze upon Theo, as he looks around the photos. He smiles sweetly, at my baby photos, before pausing at the family portrait.

"You're his daughter..." Theo breaks the silence. I nod. He turns to me, "I've fallen for his daughter" he admits, reaching out his hand. I blush, holding his hand. "It doesn't scare you?" I ask, releived I can share this with someone. "I have some questions, but no it doesn't scare me." He says, as he pulls me into his embrace. "I understand that, I've fallen for you too" I smile up at him. I enjoy this for a few minutes, before I break the embrace. "We need to look for clues, I think my dad is up to something stupid" I order, which surprises Theo. As Professor Snape was always so cold, calm and calculated in hogwarts. It was hard for him, to imagine the professor taking a stupid risk. We split up, and search my family home for any indications. While we're at opposite ends of the room, looking in silence. Theo looks over at me... "So the wand repairing..." He asks. I look at him, "I was always breaking my wand as a child, so my dad taught me how to fix it" I smile back, as I look at the bookshelf. "We don't feel as weird now, does it? A gryffindor and a slytherin.." Theo laughs, "You mean two slytherins" he corrects, immediately adding "Why aren't you in slytherin?" with a puzzled look on his face. "Dad wanted to protect me, it would of looked suspicious if I was in his house" I smile. Theo nods seeing the point, as he continues to look around.

"Ah ha!" I say aloud, as I pull a book of the bookshelf. The book is on Inferius. Theo walks over and looks over my shoulder. "Why does Severus have a book on this?" He asks. "I fear he's going after them, for revenge, but he came back hurt!" I worry, trying to explain, while starting to get scared and angry again. Theo rubs my back, comforting me. I open the book, and start to look through it, finding his notes in it. I take his notes out of the book, placing the book away, and the notes in my cloak pocket. "Are we ready to go back to Hogwarts?" Theo asks, watching me put the book back. "I have a confession" I admit, looking at Theo walking towards the door. He turns and looks back, "Another secret?" I hold my hand out, and he holds onto it, as I take out my wand. "Don't let go" I say with a smile, as I wave my wand and mutter "Apparate" We both transform into a magic swoosh, travelling back to the undercroft inside hogwarts.

We stumble and land back in the undercroft, on the cold stone floor. Theo looks a bit worse for wear, and a bit disorientated. "Are you okay?" I ask concerned, coming over to him. "First time" He laughs, getting his bearings back. "Why did we use the floo flame, if you can apparate" Theo asks. I shrug, "I'm not sure, students aren't allowed to apparate." I answer, knowing full well I'm not just a normal wizarding school student. He smiles, "A good girl, huh" he smirks. I quickly lean into him, and kiss him again. He brings his hand up to my cheek, as we keep our kiss together. After a few minutes, I pull away. "It's getting late, we must go back to our dorms" Theo nods in agreement. "Thank you for tonight though" I smile again, kissing his cheek, before leaving the undercroft, and walking back to our resepective dorms.

As soon as I get back to my dorm, I sit on my bed, and look over the papers I have found. I place them inside my text book, and hide them away, under the bed, before going to get some sleep. Feeling very happy, now the weight of my secret life, is shared with someone I have developed feelings for. Theo in turn walks back to his dormitory. Walking back into the slytherin common room, as quietly as humanly possible. When suddenly two wands light up with illumos. Mattheo and Draco are stood right there, looking at Theo. "Well, well, well.... Where have you been?" Mattheo teases, which wipes the smile of Theo's face. They all stand there in silence, exchanging looks.
