"Sweet pea can you pass me that vinegar please?" Grandma Ella asks zolahn.
Zolahn grabs the glass bottle and passes it over to Grandma Ella with a warm smile. "Here you go , Grandma." Zolahn says.
"Thank you sweet pea." Says Ms. Ella "now go along with your boyfriend while I finish cooking." She said shooing Zolahn off.
Zolahn walked away laughing not before saying a quick okay.
She suddenly spotted Leonard walking over to him. As he was talking to Tay and rondo. Rondo sent her a small wave making Tay and Leonard look over as well.
"Hi mami." Leonard said innocently waving.
"What's the word sis." Said Tay.
She laughed at both of their response saying hey to all three of them sitting down on Leonard's lap.
"What you been up to?" Rondo said slumped in the fold up chair he was sitting in.
"I've been good. Just managing my job and taking care of this crybaby here." Zolahn said pinching Leonard's cheek laughing.
"How you two been?" Zolahn said returning the question now asking both boys who sat infront of her.
Rondo pasted Tay the blunt before responding, "nothing much sis I been holding up."
"Same old same old" Tay said high out of his mind. She couldn't help but to chuckle at both boys now looking over where the rest of guests were.
Everything was going good at Grandma Ella's house!
Grandma Ella is still on the grill cooking while everyone is just talking or in their own world.
Grandma Ella suggests that we take a dip in the pool to pass the time while she waits for a few of her friends to come over.
"Why don't you guys go in the pool and play some games while I finish cooking? Tired of you li heffas sitting around looking bored." She said playful with her hand on her hip.
Everyone laughed at her comment but obeyed her of course and headed to the pool.
"You're pretty." Said a small curly headed boy. He looked about 8. "Why thank you. You're pretty handsome yourself." Zolahn said smiling at the younger boy.
"Back off Kaiden that's my girlfriend." Leonard said appearing behind her. "Uh no she's mine. Aren't you sweet thang?" He said smirking at her. 'How cute' she thought to herself laughing.
