After the meeting with Karanveer, Agastya was very furious, but he was helpless indeed because he knew that his father's company is almost going to be bankrupt if the loans weren't paid. Agreeing to karanveer's condition was the best he could do. He drove back home and asked the family members to come and talk regarding Karanveer being the shareholder of AR industries now.

"Papa,maa dadi, bhaiya, I'm extremely sorry but today I'm here to tell a very important thing to you all." as he was about to start yuvika and Shreya too cane from the hospital, seeing the family tense Shreya didn't speak a word regarding her pregnancy and sat beside Rohan. Even yuvika went to sit beside agastya hearing him carefully.

"Since you all are here, I wanted to tell something"
"Yes, agastya there's no need to hesitate, we are family here. Speak up." his dad encouraged him.
"Papa, today I met Karanveer at his casino and he offered us help. I mean he said that he'd pay the loan of your company." Agastya's words hit Alok (his father) in the heart. Because they all knew what kind of a man was Karanveer, he was full of jealousy, eagerness, and ruthlessness.
"We know his intentions, why would he do that for me???? There must be something else related to it."
"Dad, he, Inreturn he... He asked 28% shares of AR industries." hearing this both Alok and Rohan got up from their seats.
"And don't tell me you agreed Agastya!?" Rohan asked him furiously
"I.. I.. Had no choice bhaiya, he was too manipulative and he was right to be honest. If we don't pay the loan, dad's company will shut down and that will lead to bigger problems in our own companies" agastya tried to calm them down
"Agastya, you can't just sign those papers, you should've discussed it with your dad or even Rohan. Why did u sign and agree, we could've taken loan from banks and do something" his dadi spoke, she couldn't believe what her Grandson has done. Giving their companies share is a big thing and that too a rival.
"Dadi, getting a loan from bank isn't easy anymore, thousands of paperwork is needed and moreover, our debt is big enough and loans won't be able to cover it up." Alok sat down with his hand on his head, "it's all my fault, if I would've handled my company well, this day wouldn't have come. I'm sorry Agastya, I know how Important AR industry is for you, and giving 28% share is just...just not acceptable but we have no choice. I can't say anything." yuvika was silent but then she slowly spoke
"Agastya ji, you recently have joined hands with him, so our company shall establish in Russia. Earn money from there and return it back to Karanveer as soon as we get our shares from Russia and then take back your company. There is no need to worry.
Start saving up from all the companies we have so that later we can pay back Mr Karanveer and then you can take back you company's share from him."
Yuvika was right, that's the only option left for them. So everyone agreed.
"Yes, yuvika is saying right, we must do that now." dadi too agreed
"Hm, day after tomorrow Karanveer wants to hold a party where we seal the deal of the partnership as well as introducing him as my new shareholder. "
" Hm, ok we will go to the party , in no way we will seem weak infront of him." his dadi made it clear.
After the conversation everyone left to their rooms and no one had dinner. Agastya was in tension. He was sitting in the balcony when yuvika came and hugged him.

"Agastya ji, nothing will happen, see your family supports you."
Yuvika didn't tell him about meeting Karanveer infront of the casino because she knew it would upset him more.
Agastya turned towards her and hugged her. This was the second time she saw him this weak and broken.
"Shushh, Shushh, you need to be strong agastya ji, for papaji and mummyji. They must be more sad right now, don't show your weakness. Show how strong you are, and plus you still have the remaining AR industries with you, and that's where the power is." she kept comfortinh him, later he picked her up and tucked her in the bed and slept beside her.
