I was confused by the twins, and I looked to The Doctor for answers. Booker sighed and shook his head.

"Come on! We don't have time for this! I've got a girl to find..." Booker protested.

"Heads?"

"Or tails?"

I knew they wouldn't leave us be, so I went ahead and flipped the coin. The Doctor cried out 'Heads!'.

It landed on the plate the woman was holding, face side up. I smiled and beamed.

"The young woman knows her place. She knows she's important." The man said to his female counterpart.

"That she is! Well, we were just on our way with this gentleman. Thank you." The Doctor said, ushering out of the way of the twins.

"Pick a ball! The Raffle is about to start." she was holding a wooden basket full of baseballs with numbers written on them.

I picked one up, and so did The Doctor. Booker was still hesitant.

"I don't have any money..." he said, suspiciously.

The lady laughed, and said: "Silly, you been livin' under a rock? The Raffle don't cost a thing!" finally, Booker picked up a ball.

The number on my ball was 69, The Doctor got 10, and Booker got 77.

"Oooh, number seventy-seven. That's a lucky number! I'll be rooting for you." The girl said, as she walked off.

We decided to head up towards the stage to see the commotion. I wondered who out of us would end up winning.

"Please, someone bring me the bowl! It's time to pick the winner of this years's Raffle and Fair!" The man on the stage announced.

We all waited in anticipation...
