A SECOND CHANCE

the only conclusion

I finally woke up, but I didn't know where I woke up I looked around and saw I was in a dark white tube?
I started to panic, but I heard the sound that appeared to be the doctor I heard earlier talking to the heelers. So I remained quiet hoping they wouldn't hear me and I just listened to their conversation hoping for any clues to where I ended up.

"So miss and Mr heeler, where going to run a few more tests then you can take bingo home".

"Ok I hope she ends up ok,.

"Don't worry I
Miss heeler, I'll try my best to make sure she's ok, she's in safe hands for the meantime. How about you to sit in the waiting room until testing is done".

"Ok well do you know when it's going to be done mate"?

"Well probably about 5 to 45 minutes".

"Hay bandit?"

"Ya?"

"I hope bingo ends up ok, but look bluey has a sibling now how exciting!"

The two dogs exit the hospital room.

I thought about what they said trying to piece together what they meant.
Like how I,m there child, like I thought that was only in science fiction or fanfiction or something? Then it hit me the fur, ears, gender switch, I was a dog and am an infant! The revelation messed with my mind as I tried to make sense to what I heard. So I assume since I'm now a dog that I am now in some dog world now. If that would be a different dimension or a different planet. Because I don't think humanoid dogs live on earth?

So anyway I just breathed in an attempt to calm myself down which worked a little. So with nothing to do I planned a way to escape. First get out, second go to the door, third exit. But the more I thought about it, that's a really dumb idea. But I went with it any I noticed the crib I was in was a little bigger then my body so I tried to squeeze through it.
But I was caught off guard but I noticed the two healers including the doctor come in the room. I instantly drove back in my crib and just sat there trying to not look suspicious. Making sure they didn't see my escape attempt.

I stared at the red heeler, when she turned around and came to me. I instantly got scared and tried to back away but I was trapped by the railings of the bed I was in. She looked at me with aww, before she spoke. "Hay bingo we'll bring you home in a little bit ok, we just need to make sure everythings ok"
The doctor walks in and says "yep everything's okay testing is done you should be able to take them home right now we just got a few things and then you're on your way". Didn't realize that I'm not in the testing thing anymore I'm in my crib and I just facepalm myself.

But due to my small body and everything the only conclusion hit me. There is no way I'm going to survive on my own in the dog world by myself as an infant.
So I either have to make the dumb decision to leave or accept the heelers as my new parents. Well technically they are but the reality of realizing I'm now an infant just makes me not realize that I just was born, even though I already know.

I thought about it for a little bit before coming to the conclusion that I should probably go with them. Even though the thought of it was scary, it was better than escaping with no way to survive.
The doctor interrupts chilly looking at me and says all right we're all good to go Mr healer signed all the papers you're officially can take a child with you now home. The red heeler looked at the Blue heeler before hugging him, the blue heeler proceeded to hug the regular back.
The red heeler comes to grab me to take me with her, she tries to reach for me I back away before realizing I already made my decision. So I scooched forward and allowed her to pick me up. She placed me on her shoulder, before leaving the hospital room. We entered a hallway and I saw a bunch of kids stickers and drawings. I figured it makes sense since I was in a kid's hospital, knowing the context. We finally went to a door to the end of the hallway, we went and I saw appeared to be a waiting room filled with dogs and puppies. I looked out in amazement, to what I saw. I saw dogs holding their children and stuff. So this is a dog world I was living in! Then my attention was switched to chili approaching the hospital doors outside.
I wondered if there were more dogs outside, I was more curious than ever to find out.

I made it out of the door to see all kinds of dogs ranging from Pomeranian to German shepherds. I looked around in amazement, I was no longer scared if this world was just like my world then there's nothing to worry about, right?
I was distracted back to chili when we turned to a car, I assumed it was my new moms car. She opened the door and placed me in the middle of the back in a baby seat. She put the seatbelt over me and closed the door. Then she got in front and turned on the car. I don't know why but the car, sounded very familiar?

I shrugged it off, but then I remembered what she said, back at the hospital she told me I am going to meet my new siblings, So that means I have siblings in my new life? I gotten nervous about the endless possibilities, like do I have cousins now? But my mind interrupted by the sound of giggles coming from the right of me. I saw another blue HEELER, the blue heeler had blue fur with a dark blue on both ends of its head and except for it's middle part of its head. The heeler. The HEELER then looked at me with curiosity and with a smile on her face. Blue pup freaked me a little, but I calmed down a little. The looked straight and asked her mom. "Hay mom is this my new sister"? she said in curiosity. "Yes bluey" the red heeler giggled.

"Oh" said bluey.

So this was my sibling I looked at my sister and smiled. Madye this new life is not as bad as I thought it was. I was surprised when I saw my mom give me a Bunny? I was confused but I grabbed it and hugged it because it was quite worm and made me a bit sleepy. But then I saw a flash of a light, which I knew was a camera flash but I was to tired to say anything. Then I fell asleep in my baby seat.
