The home turned into more of a maze now. Ever since the two men vigorously decided not to speak to one another again, it's switched to a battle between who can dodge the other's presence the quickest.
Fourth can prominently tell Gemini was avoiding him. The elder stopped eating dinner at home all at once, returned late from work everyday, hurriedly exited any room god forbid Fourth stepped in without realizing.
He finds it childish. Extremely childish. He couldn't comprehend what was the issue behind Gemini's behaviour. He won't take an apology, yet simultaneously won't bother communicating? Psh, save it.
Therefore, he's started copying the man's attitude as well. He returns the scowl everytime they accidentally meet eyes, and stays up additional few hours into the night making noises he knows will reach Gemini's ears.
Meanwhile the raven couldn't do much about it either. His best solution was to hide under his blanket and cover both of his ears using a few pillows.
Besides the occasional metal music blasting from the younger's room, his face especially scrunched up the most at the little giggles Fourth would produce. He knows it's because of Mark. Don't ask him how.
This didn't sit right with the pit in his stomach. Just the thought of that name made Gemini's blood boil. He had previously cut Fourth's explanation off upon discerning the fact that he couldn't force it out of him even if he tried.
He has every right to know about Mark's relationship with Fourth. No matter how heavy his chest got at the thought of it. Gemini just expects the truth.
And Mark too. He figured Fourth hides the ring mainly to cover up the fact that he's a married man. Instead of talking it out with Gemini, the younger chooses to lie and lead Mark on.
Which isn't acceptable. Gemini can let his relationship slide but Fourth needed to come clean before things got messy by the end of it.

Now that they don't talk anymore, Fourth's habit of sneaking out has returned yet again. In regards to that, he doesn't even bother to wait till Gemini returned home. The elder just comes to an empty house and wakes up to one as well.
He had a personal bone to pick with this. Fourth is acting like a brat and it infuriates him. How can someone handle alcohol this well to intake it every other night? Fourth might just be an alcoholic altogether.
Tonight is no different, but it did turn a strand of his hair grey from all the frustration.
Gemini lounged on the couch with a hefty thud. Tv remote on one hand, he lazily switched it on.,
Fourth wasn't home when he came back from work, which was sort of earlier than usual today. It didn't excite him though since being home alone isn't that pleasant anyway.
As a consequence, Gemini is presently holding a tall bottle of some branded champagne — a luxurious gift he received from his colleagues after his recent promotion at work.
